Chapter 58: The raid: Odd negotiations

"Compensate you?" One of the Sirens in the bubble happened to be rather confused. "Asking for the criminals' heads is one thing- but asking for compensation? Know your pla-" He made an abrupt stop as he noticed the glares coming from behind me.

Glaring Harpies were apparently awfully scary to Sirens….

"We can arrange for that this doesn't happen again-" The chieftain said. "And we can also arrange for compensations- please let me know what you want."

Yesh!

'Well, isn't that awfully obedient of you.'

"We're currently short on food, we would like to purchase food supplies from you."

"Purchase?" The Fishman- a Tiger Fish- paused. "You're not going to ask us to just hand over our supplies?"

The others were also concerned.

"But if we do that- there won't be any way for us to cooperate in the future- would there?"
