Chapter 125: CXXV

Adam wanted Avana and everyone to be under the umbrella of his protection. He only hoped that he could shield all of them from the threat lurking around them. At least, that was his immediate plan.

Once his father had heard that he was back, which would be anytime now, he knew he would want a word with him. He would be banging on his door or knocking it down to make a  point.

But before that happened, he had contacted all the soldiers who had served with him. He believed they were still loyal to him and what he had fought for during the war. 

He wanted to seek their help in the possible coming battle. He could need all the help he could get. The last thing he wanted was for the war to push through, but just in case, he also had to prepare for it.
