Chapter 149: Please Visit Often

"Seriously, Val?!" Irene bursts out in laughter as she tries to absorb as to how Valerie describes giving birth. The two of them ended up laughing while they are in the kitchen still. 

The thought of having a child grew stronger in Irene's heart as she saw how much it affected Valerie and Lucas's life in such a good way. Irene has never seen Valerie smile a lot while nursing her child and the look of love on her face has sends a gush of love in her heart.

Irene spends most of her days alone in her house. It seems that Irene has finally accepted her role as a home maker, something that she did not expect that she would do a few years back. Much to her surprise, being a homemaker has sent her an amount of joy she has never felt before.
