Chapter 50: Fear and trust

Jessica rushed to the door and looked through it. She could see a female student by the door. "Open the door!" She screamed and watched the student move closer with a guy. The door opened and she looked at them now. "Follow me now."

Jessica turned around and shot more at the Zombies. She looked back again and watched the fear on the students' faces. "Just stick to me, and you will be fine."

They both nodded and took cover behind her.

" I'm taking the students out now, cover me up and come behind me," Jessica said into the ipod.

" Damn, I can see the students already and I'm shooting at the zombies coming behind them," Fred said.

"I'm fighting behind you," Steve added.

Jessica nodded and glanced back. " Don't be scared. You will be fine," she looked ahead again as one of the students yelled suddenly. A zombie just dropped dead beside her.

The male student pulled her closer as they made their way toward the stairs.
