I shrugged at Yang's words, true, they would have one, but one puppy dog eyes and little show of his bare chest, and the janitor ladies were very willing to not make a report about this or tell the teachers...
That said, Yang and the rest of the RWBY team came just when we were taking out the destroyed furniture and somehow ended up helping us, still, that gave Yang a chance to tease me and fish for information...
I noticed how Weiss took Pyrrha on the side and seemed to berate her? Yea, berate her...
And it seemed it worked, as Pyrrha looked away from Weiss, still, I let them by as I answered Yang.
"Hm, you know connections."
"A connections?"
Yang quirked her eyebrow up as she looked at me.
"Yep..."
Yang looked at me from top to bottom as she suddenly smirked, I could fully imagine the light bulb shining above her head full of wild blonde hair...
"Ohoho, I see, I see... Perfectly played, still, it seemed your problem solved itself."
"Yep, at least for now... Come to think of it, where is Ruby?"
I asked as I watched Yang slump her shoulders and sigh.
"Where would Ruby be in her free time?"
"So, in the armory?"
"Heh, no... But you were close, in forge class, Ruby is trying to use the school facilities to upgrade her weapon the soonest she can."
"...Not surprising."
"Nope."
Yang said with a pop-like sound as she smiled, it seemed that speaking about Ruby made her relaxed, there wasn't the flirty or the normal seduction undertone...
"Hey."
"Hm?"
Yang looked at me.
"I told you how it is with me, Nore and Ren, but I didn't ask about your family, where do you and Ruby live?"
I asked, and Yang stopped for a while and shook her head with a smile.
"Why, already planning to settle down there with us? Just kidding, born and living on Patch, if you know where it is."
"Yes, I heard it is a lovely place."
"You bet! Still, we have a family home in there; it's a homely thing, with a dog, mothers, and us."
"Mother's?"
I carefully asked, not giving up my total confusion.
"Yep, mom Summer Rose and Mother Raven Branwen, Raven is my mother."
"...I see... And they both live there with you?"
"Hm? Yep, why do you look so confused?"
Yang asked as she tilted her head, her golden locks falling along her face in a very cute yet sexy way...
"I mean, I don't want to be privy, but..."
"Ahh, yea, I can see how it could be confusing, well, our dad isn't there with us any longer..."
Taiyang is dead? Hmm, she didn't even mention Qrow too...
"I can see that look, you want to ask but don't want to seem nosy... Well, better me than Ruby, she is still a little bad about all this talk thing, especially when it concerns our dad..."
Yang said with a sigh and looked up, her lilac eyes seemed to lose into the past as she spoke.
"It is normal, like any huntsman really, it is rare for people in this profession live a long life, or being taken by natural death... And as such, it is not surprising that one day, our dad and uncle didn't return from their mission..."
Yang said, and there was a strange undertone in her voice, one I recognized, as I lifted my arm and squeezed Yang's shoulder in support, making her smile at me.
"Look at me, all the mopey in there; girls shouldn't cry... Still, as to continue, Dad, our father Taiyang Xiao Long, and our uncle, my mother's brother Qrow Branwen, one day went on the mission, nothing special really, well, nothing special until they didn't return..."
Yang said with a frown, hm... So why did Yang was in the bar in the first place? And why did she fight Junior and the Malachite twins? If she wasn't looking for anybody... So why?
"So, that how it is, it is already what, eleven, twelve years? So nothing heartwrenching, just... We don't like to speak about it."
"I understand."
"Hm, still... Thanks."
"...For what?"
I asked as Yang grinned.
"For listening! And not looking at me in pity, really, I had enough of these looks."
"I... Ok, well, I thanks too... I can see how this would be much harder for Ruby, she is..."
"Emotional one, I know, but you don't mind it, do you?"
"No, no, there isn't anything wrong with emotional people, on the opposite, I think it is good for the girls to speak their mind."
"Hmm, good to know..."
Yang said with a grin... With my hand still on her shoulder...

As I listened to the Dust lecture, with my team and RWBY near me, my mind was in other places...
Especially about what Yang said, I knew the huntsmen thing was a dangerous profession...
For the same reason, I didn't plan for it to be our sole way to earn money, but at the same time, it was hard to find other work that would make Nora happy, and even if meager, the pay was supposedly good for the licensed huntsmen...
But still...
There was a reason I read and tried to learn a lot about machinery and engineering... And that was to come up with green energy generators, sadly, in my past life, I didn't really look at how they worked, I knew a summary, but that was all, just basic knowledge...
Still, that was more than the people of Remnant knew about, I knew they were possible, so I wanted to make them and sell them, or at least make sure I wouldn't be killed by competition when I came up with them...
After all, Remnant used just Dust for everything, a Dust that would by one day be gone, just like all fossil fuels... And as such, once the knowledge of my future creation comes up, I would be in danger...
Or... I would by, if not already making a plan, well, not plan, what I saw as the easiest and most successful way to create and use my ideas, was Weiss, or rather SDC, befriending Weiss was the best way for me to use my knowledge...
Still... All that was a future dream until I found out how exactly water, solar, and wind generators worked...
I was waked up from my musing by Ruby, who was showing me her new blueprint for what looked like an upgrade for her Crescent Rose...
And smile as I started to whisper with the excited and giddy Ruby...

After taking Nora for a while to the girl bathrooms to fuck her and somehow calm down her hornyness, I made my way to the library, where I spent the next three hours reading all about Dust...
"What are you doing there, Rey? Hm? Dust?"
A silky and somehow aloof, yet still polite and friendly voice said from behind me, making me turn around as I saw the beauty personafilled...
Don't get me wrong, all the girls in his team and in RWBY were cute, sexy, and beautiful...
But... Weiss, Weiss Schnee, who was just looking at me from above as I was still sitting, was the most beautiful female I ever saw...
There was just something... Something so beautiful about Weiss that made her stand out from the rest, she wasn't the most curvaceous girl, nor did she have a big butt or big breasts, but that just made her more... Weiss...
"You know, just learning about Dust now that I have access to this library."
Weiss nodded her head, seemingly approvingly.
"Yes, that is a good way to use your time... Still..."
Weiss stopped speaking as she took the seat next to me.
"I think we had no chance to truly speak, which isn't good, especially when you date my best friend."
Weiss's eyes looked into my red eyes...
"I... You're actually right..."
I said in realization as Weiss smiled.
"Yes, im right, but I think we can repay it now and there, can't we?"
"I suppose?"
I asked as Weiss smiled.
"Don't worry, in thanks, I will help you with your Dust study, after all, there are a small number of people who know about Dust more than me."
Weiss said with a light smirk, not arrogant way, but in a way that she knew she spoke the truth and nothing more...
