After another day of fighting Nickola's shields finally cracked.

Samuel finally received the information he wanted to know, but now something new interested him.
''Take me to the basement.'
Quickly, Samuel arrived at the castle basement.
It looked like a small treasury. Clearly whatever force that existed here didn't stay for a long time.
But there were still some resources down here. Samuel noticed a few spatial rings, and after checking they consisted mostly of common herbs and some Spiritual Crystals.
He also noticed many empty spots in the treasury. Clearly this was where the Artifacts that Nickola used came from.

Clearly these were the puppets that Nickola used to combat the Eternal Guards and Kirins!
Although they failed to cause substantial damage their strength was undeniable.
Samuel also knew the value of Puppets. He had bought the basic Puppet Inheritance when he first gained the system. But Puppets are far from simple to make!
Even after years of studying, A5 with the Studious talent and holder of the inheritance, could barely manufacture High Rank 1 Puppets! And even then they were expensive and slightly poor quality.
