Chapter 2: The Coordinate
It hurt.
The unimaginable pain I experienced was something that I wish wouldn't happen to me ever again...
But now that I think of it...Where am I?
I scanned the surroundings around me and noticed that everything is pitch black.
While I didn't feel cold neither did I feel warm...
I wasn't hungry but neither was I starving...
I wasn't tired but neither was I awake...
It felt...Weird because even though those things would probably sound uncomfortable to someone...I didn't.
I felt alive...But I wasn't...
I simply...Just existed...
As I was spending my time there that felt like millennia I slowly but surely began to wake myself up.
'Wait a minute'
It hit me like a lightning.
I snapped awake.
For the first time in a while I felt uncomfortable and as I was trying to scan my surroundings with my now tired eyes I saw myself lying on my stomach on the ground...It felt soft...
And when I looked towards the sky I saw many weird light beams that reminded me of an aurora borealis...It's kinda calming as it looks like it's nighttime in whatever place I am...
As I was following it with my eyes of it's origin I finally saw a beautiful looking tree that emitted that light...But what's that-
I flinched hard when I saw a little girl playing with sand...No rather she's creating something...
I didn't know whether to approach the girl as I was naked and didn't wanna come as a creepy person and the whole situation seemed really confusing because even when I was in that girl's view range she didn't pay any attention to me...
'She'd rather play with sand than pay attention to me...'
I drowned the anger feeling down and decided that I should just approach the blonde girl...
Right now we're only two feet apart from each other and I'm trying to find the right words to say...
"Hey...What is this place..?"
The little girl paused for a moment and looked up at me in horror that honestly creeped me out but then after the girl just continued to do as she did just before.
...
As I was wondering where I am it all suddenly clicked.
I was in the fucking coordinate.
Then I finally remembered my past life including the manga I read multiple times in my free time and that caused me to kneel on the ground as the pain in my head was too severe...
All kinds of thoughts and memories were in my head.
'How would I survive in this world..?'
While this was my chance to fully experience an anime world and if I play my cards right I can...But if there's even one mistake...
Carla's (Eren's mother) death replayed in my head but it all stopped when I shook my head.
But how can I even exit this place...
Then a dumb idea came into my head...
What if I explained my situation to Ymir and she would somehow help me..? Worth the try.
"Hey...Ymir?"
"You see..."
As I was gonna say what was left to say someone grabbed my neck at the back and threw me in the air and then a powerful but fast kick hit my stomach so hard that I almost barfed but before I could think I was already on the ground...Thankfully the sand eased the impact.
As I was trying to make sense of the situation I looked at the creature who did that to me I then finally saw it...
It was a fucking angel...
"Holy shit-"
The angel faster than the speed of light lightly punched me on my forehead that caused me to roll back...
"Ugh..."
Then I saw that the angel was female with a sadistic smile on her face.
As she shortened our distance I quickly yelled "What the fuck do you want!?"
Yep not a good idea but I'm tired in every possible way you could think of...
The angel's smile widened more but then it soon turned into a sigh
'It looks like something is restraining her...'
"Look human I don't have time for you so I'm gonna tell you exactly what you need to know"
What the fuck? First the bitch attacks me like he has the right for it and now she's saying that we shouldn't waste time when she herself could've just talked it out instead of attacking.
I tried my best to hide my anger behind an innocent smile which the angel obviously noticed but weirdly didn't even mention it.
"...So?"
"Currently you're in the coordinate where Ymir the first titan resides and the reason for that is because somehow your soul was lucky enough to pass the barrier inside your world when you pathetically died and the probability of that happening is close to impossible and because of you we have to abandon this world to your hands so do whatever you want with it but be warned...The moment you reveal our existence to anyone or even the future events you can expect me to torture you until the end of times"
...
The hell?
"But don't worry we're not gonna send you empty handed as our lord decided to merge an another Attack Titan into your spine that you receive immediately when you reborn"
I felt excited for a second but decided to stay cautious.
There was a moment of silence between them but then Jack said "In what timeline will I be born?"
The angel smiled.
"Smart...But you don't have to worry about anything of those because the timeline will be automatically picked at the time you're the most comfortable with"
Jack nodded and decided to ask one more question just in case.
"Does my Attack Titan contain the Ymir's curse..?"
The angel had a surprised look on her face but then it turned to an amused face.
"Because of your preference I will be purifying the Attack Titan from the curse so don't worry"
Jack sighed and thought how lucky he is right now.
Since asking any more questions is pointless because what's done is done I just decided to go along with it.
"So how do I be born again..?"
Then the angel's face turned towards Ymir who was still creating titans.
"Hey be a good bitch Ymir and make a titan for this mortal for me"
The little girl was hesitant for a second but then started to go to work.
...
"How long does this take?"
Jack who was already in this place for many days or years was growing impatient.
Surely it's almost done as looks almost made.
While it's similar to Eren's titan but mine has black hair and glowing red eyes that sent shivers down my spine and mine's probably a few meters tall.
Then the girl placed with his hands the final sand on the torso and said in low voice "It's done"
The angel who stand there almost as if the time she had been here was only a few seconds said
"Good" in a happy voice and when I sighed in relief suddenly the angel's hand cleanly penetrated my stomach and there was blood coming out of my mouth.
"W...Why..?"
The angel had a boring look on his face and said "Hm? Don't worry you'll be reborn"
I was furious at the angel who served the god that didn't help me in my past life.
I wanted to scream fuck you to that wolf in a sheep's clothing but before I could mutter a word everything went black.
