Ch 46 : Orange Town (2)
I am a Rich second generation in One Piece Ch 46
Months after arriving here, Seth noticed a few things.
It gives a different feeling about the pirates when you see them as true persons when you see them from a realistic point of view and not from the point of view that was made for entertaining a child.
In the manga or anime, you could see the One Piece world vie the point of view of Luffy and the others, and it had made the pirates who yearn for freedom the good guy, and the marine became the bad guy.
But when Seth saw it directly like this, it was an entirely different thing. Other than Luffy, even the kindest of pirates would rob and kill civilians, and even though there were some corrupted marines, most of the marines still tried to keep the stability of the world.
Their only fault was being under the Celestial Dragon.
Take Buggy as an example. In the manga and anime, Buggy was like a joke character who was designed to be funny. He was indeed an antagonist at the beginning, but later in the story, he helped Luffy a lot and began to receive that kind treatment.
But that was only in the manga. Now that Seth arrived at Orange Town, his whole body was filled with anger and dread. Buggy in real life is worse than the terrorists, not only taking over the people's money but also massacring them for fun.
It was up to the point where Seth began to question whether Roger, which was Buggy's captain at some point also was not that different.
" Damn it… these pirates are sometimes too much."
Seth secretly began to let out some bloodlust. Until now, the most he had done was to severely injure a pirate before throwing them into the sea.
It was practically the same as killing them, but Seth just didn't want to dirty his hand on the hands of those scums. But now, he felt like if he was to meet Buggy, then he might do something that he had never done before.
In this life, he had seen a lot of dark sides of this world as a merchant, but only a few of them were lowly as those pirates.
"*Sigh* Calm yourself, Seth.. let's see, there might be some survivor in this town."
Ten minutes later.
*Footsteps*
Seth who still walking in this town, suddenly stopped as he saw menaced looking adult surrounding an old man. From his rough estimation, there should be about twenty or so grown adults and one animal.
' Buggy's pirate Richie..'
In the middle stood a giant Lion that should be 3-4 meters in height. Next to him was a man with weird white fur that made him look like a joke, but looking at his position in the group, he should be the leader of this operation.
The group of pirates held their swords as they raised them toward the old man.
" Old man, don't waste our time anymore. Tell me where the others are hiding!"
The man next to the lion started talking:" Our captain Buggy is a kind man, but sometimes he got a little bit impatient. So I would suggest you just surrender. At least, we would try to alleviate the pain a little bit."
His words then were followed by the cheers and laughter of the other pirates.
But even after being threatened like this, the old man that was surrounded still didn't say anything.
He clenched his fist hard, he knew that it might be his last day of being in this world, but at the very least, he would not sell off his other villager.
Time passed, and Richie's patience began to deteriorate. He no longer had that smile on that face and now was slightly annoyed.
" Guys, let's stop wasting any more time. Catch him and bring him to captain Buggy!"
As he waved his hand, the other pirates also began to move.
But then, something happened.
For some reason, Richie could see his lion was getting terrified, and while he was still trying to ask his lion what was going on, he suddenly heard the sound of his subordinates getting swept and screamed.
" What happened!"
He turned his head around, only to see a big dragon was standing right between him and the old man.
" Sorry, but I think I don't think that will be the case for today. You guys, you should have the taste of your own medicine."
Seth put his hand on his waist as he commanded the Dragon with his eyes. " Today is the day you guys pay for your crime. "
It was obvious that Richie was scared after the sudden emergence of Seth, but he just couldn't back down under the eyes of his subordinate.
"Do you think you would stand a chance under the suege of all of us?," Richie tried to intimidate Seth, but it was all use less.
"Then try me." Seth without giving them a chance to reply raised his hand.
Ao which previously stood still began to move and with each of his roar, the pirates fell into a dazzle.
The pirates weren't expecting this, they gave their crewmate a look, but Seth isn't playing with them, the next thing they knew, Ao had already charged at them with full speed ready to demolish everything on its path.
"bastard " the rest of the pirates reacted quickly and dashed toward Seth without hesitation.
