Chapter 67: Argument

{MAYA}

"Brent, Brent. Wake up."

Maya stayed silent and waited for Brent to answer and when she didn't hear an answer she groaned and turned around and murmured to herself, "I swear if I find you asleep I am going to kill you." 

She waited patiently for Brent to answer. Brent was a light sleeper and she could just call him anytime and wake up but why wasn't he answering her. Realizing she was acting silly she opened her eyes.

She didn't see Brent, she heard muffled voices coming from the sitting room and yelled, 'Brent, who are you talking to?"

Nothing. 

She stood from the bed and stretched herself while yawning. She headed to the bathroom and splashed some water on her face. She didn't mean to fall asleep, they were just talking with Brent about how would life was going and what he was planning to do.
