Chapter 42: Picnic Date

That said, Ryan got off and went on his merry way inside the eSport team headquarters. On the other hand, Nate had urged Keira to take a walk with her in the park a few blocks away. 

Just because he had made an effort to dress nicely in his casual clothes for their supposed picnic date. 

"What's with the leather jacket?" Keira found herself asking him, eyeing the piece of clothing quite often during the drive there. 

"You like it," the cheeky remark came out smoothly. It was not a question, never for a thing like this. 

She huffed, not denying nor validating him. However, he must have caught the slight tinge of red that probably flushed on her face.
