The first things Ian acknowledged were the pure breeze and the blue-leafed trees, which made Ian speechless. The grasslands he was witnessing were unlike anything he'd seen back on Earth.
The smoke that could be smelled throughout Earth and the artificial trees were memories Ian wanted to simply busy at this moment.

A speaking, floating board appeared in front of Ian, having him instinctively retreat back in caution.

As he was thinking, a familiar voice rang in his head once more.

A long list then formed in front of Ian, before revising itself to only state important information.

Mana: Although powerful, magical skills require mana. Increasing your mana will allow you to have access to infinite possibilities when using stronger magical skills.}
Halfway through Ian's read, he realized that magic truly did exist in this world.
By the looks of it, he'd be able to become a great sorcerer during his new life. All of his daydreams when creating the Orb came flooding back.
Ian always wished to be a man with great power. However, his dreams were shattered when he realized that humanity wasn't advancing in the slightest.
With a smirk on his face, Ian settled on the smooth grass and continued reading his stat explanation.
{Agility: The speed at which your body and mind move. Increasing agility to great lengths can make it feel as if time has stopped for everyone except you.
Defense: Death becomes a thing of a past, as raising defense can make you indestructible when facing weaker lifeforms.
Potential: The paths that lay ahead of you can be endless. Raising potential will increase your luck, critical hit rate, and allows you to use potential-type skills consistently as long as you have the required potential.}
Ian was left confused as to what type of power would come from skills that are a potential-type, especially since he was unable to view the rank of his potential.
Despite this, Ian was quite pleased with his stats, especially with the concept of magic.
As Ian dreamed of the spectacular skills he always wished to cast, a strange figure was seen in the corner of his eye.
A young woman with a sword clenched between her hands was in the middle of an intense battle. Her foe was a 12 foot tall raging boar.
