Chapter 4: [Thou Belong To Me]
Louise and her newly summoned and subsequently named familiar arrived at her room at the very top of one of the stone towers standing on the very edges of the academy grounds. The sun had already begun to set over the horizon as candles and torches illuminated the stone hallways and rooms, Louise's included.
Ordell took in the sights of his master's room, quite modest, well furnished and very clean. He did notice, however, that there was only one quite large bed... oh dear. Unfortunately, his fantasies would not get far as Louise suddenly brought her hands up and yelled from the top of her lungs.
"YEEEEES!"
Ordell couldn't help but blink and chuckle lightly when Louise suddenly started jumping around the room while loudly, very loudly, celebrating her victory over her rival. Louise was practically radiating pride, satisfaction and sheer happiness as she jumped around her room like a little kid, which, mind you, Ordell didn't mind in the slightest.
'She's so cute!'
The male almost squealed at how utterly adorable his supposed master looked, but managed to hold himself back, "You seem very happy, master."
Louise practically beamed at him with the biggest smile she could possibly muster, her cheeks hurt, that's how happy she was, "I AM!"
She continued to surprise her summoned familiar by charging at him and practically slamming against his chest, attaching herself to him in a vice-like grip. The man didn't even budge under her lightweight but was obviously surprised by the sudden show of affection. He didn't mind. It was in his very existence to love his master dearly, and this... oh he'd be a fool not to hug her back.
They actually stayed like that until Louise's excitement slowly died down, in a comfortable hug where Ordell actually had to hold Louise up because of her short height. When next to each other, Louise reached just below his chest, so for maximum hugging purposes, he held her up by her hips.
"O-Okay, that's e-enough of that," Louise had to pull back from the hug with a crimson face, she almost couldn't with how nice it felt, but that was beside the point now.
Ordell was a little disappointed he couldn't cuddle his adorable master any longer, but he'd bite the bullet this time, "Master, while I do enjoy cuddles as much as the next guy, I believe there's a small issue to be solved first."
Louise blushed harder at the man's words but understood the issue he was talking about, she scoffed into her hand to calm her rapidly beating heart. Ordell had no place to sleep because there was only Louise's bed and a haphazardly made bed of straw next to it, and while Ordell already loved his master to bits, he's not an animal and has standards.
"Ahem! Y-Yes! You're right... I didn't think I'd actually summon a... sorry, what exactly are you?"
"I'm afraid I don't know," Louise blinked twice at such a response, how could he not know what he was?
"You don't know... what you are?"
"Nope!" and he was unbothered by that, well, not completely but not nearly as much as Louise thought was normal.
"I-I see... Do you remember much from before you were summoned? Sometimes, familiars lose some of their memories when they are summoned by their masters," but Ordell shook his head from side to side.
"I remember everything, but there isn't much to remember," Louise's curiosity was peaked by her familiar's words.
Ordell saw his master's unbridled interest in his past, and could only chuckle and gently pat her head, "There's quite literally nothing interesting about my history, master. I just remember everything being black, then, your voice spoke to me. And, well, here we are."
Louise blushed at the contact but didn't try to pull away immediately, "I see..."
The pinkette instinctively looked towards their sleeping arrangements and blushed furiously as she imagined herself and her admittedly very attractive familiar sleeping in the same bed... those fantasies however did go a bit too far and got a little... steamy.
Ordell rose an amused eyebrow as he watched his master gently slap herself twice on the cheeks, still cute, "Okay! Until we figure something out, you'll have to sleep with me!"
That... sounded a lot better in her head as her face exploded with the colour red for the hundredth time today, but Ordell only chuckled heartily. This truly was one of the best outcomes he could've asked for.
"I don't mind~"
"W-Whatever... now! Help me change!"
"HNGH!" and like that, Ordell's heart pretty much jumped into his throat, she wanted him to do what?!
Louise fought off the blush by already starting to disrobe, however, she failed to notice that her familiar was all but ready to do a lot more than just help her put on clothes, in fact, Ordell would much rather do the opposite... Sigh, he can't do that quite yet. It's too soon. First, he should build up his relationship with his master... and only then break her bed and make her scream the name she gave him.
Louise stood in front of her dresser, having brought out a new and fresh nightgown she wears every night and was already in the process of unbuttoning her blouse. Then, suddenly, her familiar's hands slammed right next to her and pretty much locked her in place. The pink-haired cutie yelped and blushed furiously, but just as she was about to demand an explanation, she felt her familiar's warm breath against her nape.
"Master... I don't think it's wise to tease me..." the short girl mewled lightly, clearly taking some manner of pleasure from Ordell's actions, "I might not be able to control myself if you show me your bare body..."
Ordell could swear he saw steam coming from his master's head, she was very embarrassed. But, she was flattered nonetheless. It's not often you see someone lust for her body, it's not very impressive, after all. So she was a little happy there was someone that wanted her... but now's not the time for that!
"T-THEN JUST WAIT OUTSIDE!"
"Yeah... I'll do that. Take your time, master~" a shiver went down Louise's spine as she felt her familiar pull away from her ear, and just... quickly walk outside, leaving her to her own devices.
Somehow, she could tell that he was just outside the door, maybe it was some manner of familiar connection, but it... warmed her heart to see that she summoned such a loyal and... nice to look at familiar...
