Armor Desert added Blood as a friend in Ranker's World Online for one only reason. It was to invite him to be part of their dungeon to increase their survivability. He believed with the strength of that young man, no player could do that. Also, he already has a way to invite him which was to offer him monster cores. At this stage of the game, players were not focused on collecting monster cores, even though their value didn't decrease or something. To put it simply, players were now focused on upgrading their items and skills, adding to earn popularity.

Well, after clearing a dungeon their names would be posted in front of the dungeon entrance. And if the player cleared +A or S+ difficulty their names would spread throughout the game along with corresponding rewards. It was natural for players to not receive it yet since the new version just got updated.
