**HONEST REVIEW FROM A REAL READER** Hey Everyone, Just thought I'd leave my review here now that I (as a reader) have read more than 143 chapters. I believe my review will be a lot more insightful than people who have only read it for 20 or so chapters. First of all **GENERAL OVERVIEW** TLDR [for those looking to skim]: This novel is quite like your MMORPG novels. However, for those who like this genre this novel ticks all the boxes. The main character is resourceful and knows how to use opportunities from past experience to create a good head-start. He has good values and is not forceful of his opinion on others and values relationships. The damage and stat numbers are also quite balanced and I must say the class structure towards an Alchemist is very interesting and is not what you expect from a typical alchemist with those skills that Ren (The MC) Has. *PROS* : * Character Development: Ren and the people around him all have a good backstory to them. They are all connected and the good thing is that there are chapters which does not just focus on Ren only where we are allowed to look into other people's perspectives and their own respective journeys. * Abilities and their Usage The abilities that the author has come up with is definitely interesting. I would say they are the reason why I was hooked and continued to read. I really enjoy the abilities the author has created for Ren as they are very unique and have not been seen before. The way he uses the abilities are also quite planned out which adds more to the novel's flavor. *Side characters involvement and stories This is one of the best aspect of this novel: You get to understand the side characters who follow the MC that aren't just robots who are discarded later on once MC is oh so strong. They help out and their background is solid enough for you to expect them to be of help. *CONS* : * World Building [this one isn't too much of a con] So far it is not bad as the world of the novel is quite thoroughly explained and the back and forth between in real life and in game is interesting. It shows a good contrast BUT now even 143 chapters into the novel, the world building is not too clear and the direction for the future needs to be more fleshed out to create a higher sense of anticipation * Grammar and Writing This one is slightly ick-y. There are quite a number of grammatical mistakes which affects the flow of the chapter. This is evident in most of the novels here on Webnovel. However, 'MMORPG Rebirth as an Alchemist' have more of these errors and I understand that the author is looking for an editor. It is not absolutely terrible and is to be honest decent but does create a jarring sensation. Depth and Gravity of the Challenges/Plot: This con has nothing to do with how Ren fights his enemies or how the author describes the fight scenes. They are all good from what I've read. What I mean with this con is that, there needs to be a linkage between what Ren does and what he's going to do. How well he utilizes his rewards to better himself or his future self. Furthermore, there is a lack of details towards a future goal or emphasis on what is to go from a certain point from X to Y. For example: (not a spoiler as this doesn't happen in the novel - just for examples sake) Ren kills a snake dungeon boss and receives a scepter of magic water that is superior to any weapon in the game. There needs to be an internal thought dilemma as to whether he utilizes it for himself, saves it for a future team partner, sells for money to help his family or himself, blueprint it, or use it as an extended quest line. What I am trying to say is deepen the plot with each plot that appears and show how they can link with each other and to be more detailed with certain events so that readers can expect the unexpected. this story....i don't know about other things but the human aspect and all the conversations are so natural. sometimes the mc is meh(like he used "urgh" 3 times back 3 back) but all the other bg characters are well thought and have a human like personality. for example mike and saya, they are literally like some people i know. and rosie and her seducing is so natural and doesn't feel forced at all. author u have a good Brain just improve in the mc to make the story perfect . lastly i am not a fan of the game(convanant or whatever the name is) if it was real....i would never play lol. i bet it will flop in real lifeš¤

ok i guess ..i was hyped to read at first ut was good and all but why are there whole pages for skills man...i get if its the characters but bosses too damn its waste of time to read... and i got bored after chapter 400... story is good but afterwards gets boring.......honest review..

I loved this novel till we hit the chap 299 where the extra 100 words are in the comments, I dont fundamentally agree with that, I get what they are trying to do, but dosen't sit well with me personally, as it shuts out a lot of people who can't afford this app from reading the book. I know this is probably a hot take and most people won't agree with me on this app. but it is what it is. if you can afford this app this novel is great, some spelling errors, mostly with pronouns of characters. but that is easy to get over. I like the main MC and Leonel isent that bad, just naive and wants best for the world. awesome take on the gaming genre and would continue reading if not for authors decision with the last 10p words or so of each chapter
I love this story. One thing is confusing for me, though, since im new to this app, how can i access the extra 100 words starting from chapter 299?
Honestly WAS really good and interesting... Until dumb drama of "Because PLOT" levels of Drama was added/happened. Miscommunication? THAT happens and is normal. Blackmailing someone that HATES you into making them date you??? That some SPECAIL kind of Drama even Sop-op Drama's would ask what's wrong with you. The actual Game world Building? That's really well done. But everything else is just not my cup of tea. But if you only are looking for a good Game story with well thought out mechanics then you should enjoy this story. But otherwise? Mostly likely not, especially if you don't like things like blackmail cause oh boy are there more then a few in this.
I really love this novel, it is very nice, and has good world building in my opinion. It was really nice to see how everything just came together.I don't know if I just love romance, but I really like the romance in this novel, wishing for new chapters to come out fast [img=recommend]
overall, I love this series. I stopped reading it due to irl reasons but back and starting from scratch. I just gotta say 1 thing. Author, you need to blow the sails of Isold/Lionel Ship...
It was a wonderful novel, but the author just have to ruin it with the use of AI in later chapters.A friendly advice, don't become a writer, if all you are going to do is firstly indulge the readers in your story and later use AI to do the work which you should be doing, a disappointment indeed.If anyone wants to know, he started using AI at around Ch-561, it was such a good novel before, it had its inconsistencies but it was good.

I think that this book is really good in keeping the reader interested. I have seen to many books with the same plot that consistently uses the same humor over and over. This book however is different it really gives you the vibe of a veteran player who is untouchable. My only complaint is that I hate spending money on this dumb app so I have been using fast passes to unlock all of the locked chapters. I am willing to take the time to get the passes (2-4 a day) if it means I get to finish this book, but please donāt raise the price to 2 fast passes for some chapters.

The story was goin fine until his friend entered the game. I don't wanna read about a kind guy kinda character all day long. And his friend has more than 2 chapters worth of screentime till the point where I read.
Alright so this is a great story but im suffering from the seperation/kidnapping of evie can someone please tell me what chapter the debt is paid off in? Please i beg of you

It's a great novel to read. it's pretty much good for like 300 chapters, until the plot got more complicated with new characters like joker and angelica and v. I'm not a hater for complicated plots but I have already got my fill with all those complicated tropes. I tried to read it till 400 chapters but then another twist and turns occured like death of his parents and Evie's father's appearance and the usual 'family taking away MC's love interest by force or threatening and MC's quest to get her back trope got and made the already bored me to get more bored of all this plot stuffing in together. The COC reference in guild war was kinda lame and I mostly skipped them and the plot about dating saya was not that interesting, well it's a nice plot but it could've been better if she wasn't that desperate.

quick short review i read it all the way to latest Good VRMMORPG Good Game World = Real World Trash Romance (What Cold char cant even dump a friend/crush) Bad Reincarnator (tf, he dont even use most of his advantages , he got lucky(op pet) Character Social Life (fk the misunderstandings its gradeschool level) Trash side characters(xcept few) Focus more on MC , World Building, less Romance ( you're not good at it), Focus on Game affecting reality( good genre can be more explored), use/have more characters (its future u only have two to five prominent guild) tf anyways ill be reading more
One of the best novel with good story and story development is also good. Now it becomes more interesting than the previous chapters. Waiting for new chapters and thanks for this amazing novel
This novel is Just awesome. It has great plot, gaming stuff and most of all its feels new and realistic. The first few chapters are a little boring and annoying i would say because of all the explanation on the game. But afterwards comes the sweet stuff. I just loved it and spent all my power stones and fast passes on this novel. Trust me, this novel is worth your time and patience.
The novel is a fairly decent read. The quality of the writing is kind of what holds me back from enjoying it. There are 2 words that the author apparently interchange improperly. The first being petty. The MC returns and is a very petty person, but the author keeps calling him pity instead. The same usage goes for other parts of the story like describing how groups of people are fighting over "pity" things...The second one is invisible. For some reason the author likes to use invincible in place of invisible. One of the most common tines you see this is when someone gives themselves an "invincible" pat on the back for doing something. Add in very atrocious gender swaps when referring to he/she and her/him in passages and it can be quite difficult to read.It is kind of sad, because it could be a very enjoyable book if it was cleared up.Also, the FP charges will got to 2 per chapter at times which is a deal breaker for me. I know that it isn't necessarily the author's fault, but paying more for already overpriced chapters is not something I will do.Good luck to those who continue to read it though.

The story is well written. At first I thought this game was made just like the novel, Overgeared, but after reading the first few chapters I can conclude that it is not. Dear readers and Authors, I can't help but ask who's the female lead l?
Slight Spoilers Ahead.You know, for a novel with Alchemist in its name, there has been little to none as of yet where I am. (Currently at Chapter 187) This is not a problem for me, but it's kind of funny the more I think about it.So what should you know getting into this? It's one of those VR regression stories we all have come to either like, dislike, hate, or enjoy. For me personally, I've leaned more into the enjoyment side currently.I should point out that while the grammar has mistakes here and there, it hasn't been enough to break my immersion, thankfully. If there was something I enjoyed, I think it would be the best friend character who, despite his naivety, is the only character I personally enjoyed more than the main character. Not that the main character isn't likable, but he doesn't really have anything to make him stand out. The frequent mentions of how handsome he is from other points of view did make me question if this was a weird self insert of the Authors personal wish and certainly did not make me like him more its frequently mentioned.(Before you get upset when you read about a Third POV and the mention of the MC is something with him being handsome, cool and indifferent almost together it slowly starts to feel like I'm reading a wish fulfillment novel of a perfect MC) Let me just tell you that less is more.Besides that, I can't quite find a point to root for him as much. I know his goal is to live a better life by using the game. I know he's a poor dude who's trying to go from zero to hero and was pretty much a simpleton in his past life. And although I see his rise, I can't quite find something in his character to remember him by in the future as of now. This isn't exactly a big problem but for now all I get from the guy is he's a simpleton for a girl he ruined in his past life so he's secretly helping her while being enraptured by her beauty. Let me just say that despite what I hope isn't a ball of total negativity, this is quite an enjoyable novel and would recommend a friend to try. I do have to mention if the whole persistence of the poor and rich thing doesn't bother you, that is. Trust me, you might eventually get annoyed by how often they use the whole poor vs. rich theme. Personal Score is a 6.9/10 It's Nice.
