Synopsis
Second Book of the Orphic Chronicles
Everything had always been about Cordelia Black.
Whether it be the perfect pureblood princess, Slytherin's Queen or the Triwizard Champion; Cordelia had achieved it all. The young Slytherin had always prized herself for her achievements at Hogwarts, but with her final year approaching, doubt and fear clouded her heart.
With a certain Dark Lord persistently attempting to make her his Dark Lady, a family shaping her to be the perfect pureblood wife, and Dumbledore pushing her towards good, Cordelia couldn't fathom what she wanted to do, much less become, outside of Hogwarts.
Hogwarts had always been everything for Cordelia and Tom. It had been their home, sanctuary, and escort to the wizarding world's complexities. But with their time at the school running out, Slytherin's best had to figure out which foot they would put forward and choose the path they would tread for the rest of their lives.
Will the snakes' destiny intertwine for a final time, or will their final year be their stepping stone to eternal destruction?

Dark Paradise was honestly the BEST Harry Potter fanfic I've ever read on here and now that Light Purgatory is out I'm expecting great things from our author!

hold up tho cordelia as the first female minister of magic would be so good!! i would just love the whole ordeal and the idea of her just being this feminist icon is so amazing! we love a strong female lead!

i love how all of us just collectively went wild the second we realised that there could possibly be theo and lia as a side love angle. honestly, we really said:
that does it. we need a theo triangle! maybe even just for a bit but we need it! it would add such spice, such drama, such amazing plot points!
i love her relationship with dumbledore tho like how he treats her like his own child and takes care of her and is there for her, you know? it's he is her real father instead of Arcturus
omg love the new installment! the way lia talks to nix is so relatable lol i do that all the time with my pets, it just helps to think out loud
