Chapter 179: Danger is Coming

"What is Iris doing? Why is she not going out of her room?"

"I don't have an idea, madam," Mr. Lim replied with his head down.

"Let the kid rest.*

"Rest? We have been here for a week!" Love snapped at Mariano in annoyance.

"Is this all she asked?" She asked Mr. Lim, looking at the piece of paper where Iris scrawled a list of herbs that she had asked the old man to gather for her.

And when Mr. Lim gave her everything on her list, she didn't get out of her bedroom.

"Yes, madam."

Love exhaled a frustrated sigh. "And Sabine told me that she wasn't a witch? Huh?! Why would she need all of these? And why can't we enter her room when I'm the owner of this house!"

Mariano nodded his head to the old caretaker to leave them. Love was already throwing a fit and if her mood was this bad, there was nothing to do but let her finish.
