Name: Issei Hyoudou
Race: Human at 5 years old. Ship boy/ dragon when 7 to 15 years old. Dragon/ Ship male from 15 years forwards.
Age: 5-year-old at the beginning. 7years old when he gets sent to Azur Lane. 17 years old when he returns to his home world. (His mental age will be that of a twenty-seven-year-old, which will be explained in the story.)
Ship:
USS Missouri of the Iowa class Battleships
Main Armament: twelve 18.1 in guns, three per turret.
Secondary armament: Twenty 5-inch guns, Four Tomahawk cruise missiles launchers with eight missiles each, Four Harpoon Anti-Ship Missiles with four in each turret, Four 20 mm Phalanx CIWS. (When Issei is in his rigging gear the Tomahawk and Harpoon Missiles do not show unless he is firing them at targets. the Phalanx will turn to two when in rigging form and return back to four when in ship form.)
Main weapon when in Rigging form: The NEGEV NG7 from Israeli Weapon Industries.
Secondary weapon: Glock 34, specially made katana from the Sakura Empire (A companied gift from his wives from Azur Lane)
Second Ship:
USS Enterprise CVN 65, the first-ever Nuclear Aircraft Carrier. Since the cubs take the form of the ship, Issei will not have to worry about the Eight Westinghouse Nuclear Reactors.

Four F/A 18C Super Hornets are configured for Anti-ship and ground attacks.
Four F/A 18E Super Hornets configured for Anti-Air and Anti-ship attacks.
Four F/A 18F Super Hornets for just Anti-air attacks.

Sacred Gear: Ddraig, the Red Dragon Emperor. She is one of the Two heavenly dragons and is activated when Issei is sent to Azur Lane. She gains a physical body and becomes a dragon mate to Issei in order for him to have enough power to teleport back to his home world. this happens two years before he returns to his world. Issei will become a full dragon and still have the transformation for both Missouri and the Boosted Gear; a s well as a combination of the two.
Abilities:
Immense Strength; a combined ability with the USS Missouri and Ddraig.
Dragonification: Ability to transform part or all of his body to that of a dragon at will to protect from danger and for mating porpoises. Also, help with Improving his stamina.
Flame Resistance: an ability from Ddraig that weakens fire damage when in rigging form. Makes him resistant to all fires other than dragon when he turns into one.
Dragon Shot: an ability from the Boosted Gear that releases a beam of concentrated draconic power. It is often used in tandem with Boosted Gear to increase its destructive potential.
The Boosted Gear: among all the original 13 Longinus, which holds the Welsh Dragon, Ddraig's soul, making it a Mid-Tier Longinus. A left-handed red gauntlet that doubles his powers every 10 seconds until he reaches his limit, letting him rival High-Class Devils, holding the potential to kill a God if mastered. This ability can also work with his rigging and ship forms, allowing his main armaments to gain extra power as well as his blade when fighting in close-quarter combat. (Reason it is specially made in the Azur Lane world.)
Boosted Gear: Scale Mail. The armor that Issei uses when not with his rigging or ship forms. when in those two forms the Scale Mail adapted to the ship rigging and the ship itself. will be explained in the story.
Longinus Smasher: It's a finishing move and one of his most powerful attacks, which opens a hidden launcher on his chest before releasing an enormous amount of aura of immense destructive power. He does not have to be in Juggernaut Drive to use this as his ship and rigging form can be used to Channel the energy through the main armament. Although, he will need to have his rigging and main armaments repaid by Vestal after using it due to the amount of power, he releases.
Dragon Fire: As he is the welder of the boosted gear and is not a devil, Issei is able to use dragon fire in his attacks. He has Three Attack flames. Normal red flames, Ice Bule Flames that freeze targets, and Black flames that he gains after fighting Riser. He has to heal flames, a green flame that heals all wounds and stamina while leaving muscle tissue to heal naturally to gain more strength in training, and a white flame that can treat all allies, no matter the race or faction.
Summoning: Issei can summon his familiar, Ryuuteimaru when he returns to his world. It is a gift from Surtr Second as a gift due to him fighting for the Underworld and Sirzechs Lucifer.
Black Mental Cube: Cube that is bunded to Issei's soul when he arrives in the azure lane. This cube is different than Siren's Black cube. The Sirens Black cube takes the date and hatred from fighting and uses that though create more powerful ships and increase the power of the standard Siren. Issei's Black Mental Cube allows Issei to create new ships and ship girls to help win the fighting. He is also able to bring back Amagi without her ailments that pledged her during her later years.
Ascalon: Holy Sword that Issei received from Archangel Michael when he returns to his world as a sign of good faith before the official meeting of the three great factions.
Dragon wings: Issei is able to use his dragon wings in his human form and rigging form. This allows him to fight in the air and is used as a rapid-response attacker if a fleet is in trouble.
Lover's abilities:
Telepathy: Able to speak to Issei over a set distance and able to sense Issei's presence when they are near.
Dragon Wings: As Mates to Issei, they have wings that they can use in human and rigging forms. not as fast as Issei can, but if they want to just fly with him or travel from base to base, they will do it. All wives to Issei will have four wings, unless they are an empress, no matter their race or power level.
Dragon flame: Can use a normal dragon's flame for both defense and offenses.
Dragonification: Ability to transform parts of their body to that of a dragon; will not have a full body transformation. This also gives a boost to their stamina.
Dragons Jewel: a piece of Issei's armor that he creates as gifts to his girls and children. Serves as a locator if he needs to find them or if they need to find him. Also shows their rank in his harem. for Children, give them a protective shield that is activated when the jewel or the children sense danger. it is active until Issei arrives and uses his power to deactivate the shield. the children can spread the shield to others if needed but can be proven dangerous if an enemy is hiding their intent well enough to allow the shield to pass over them.
Empress Abilities:
Same as the other abilities above but with a few differences. For Dragon Flame, can use normal and Ice flames. For Dragonification, the whole body can transform into a dragon. Dragon Jewel is able to tell if one or more members of the harem are unhappy or have discord, as it is their job to help Issei keep the peace between them all. The children can also deactivate the shields if Issei is not there and help provide comfort to the children until Issei is there. For Telepathy, unlimited range no matter what. They are always able to communicate with Issei no matter where he is or which planet he is on.
Scale Mail: the main empresses can use a female version of the Boosted gear's armors that Issei uses when not with his rigging or ship forms. When the main empress for the girls of Azur Lane is in her rigging or ship form; the Scale Mail will also adapt to that ship rigging and her ship respectively.
Childbirth: As Issei is a different person from the girls of Azur Lane, He is able to make all of the girls pregnant. especially since it is discovered that his genes mutated when he arrives in Azur Lane, which is a way he is able to awaken Ddraig and use her full set of powers. This mutation weakens the childbearing genes that the ship girls had dormant when they are created. This mutation doubles the pleasure that the girls feel and allows them to have sex more freely. Issei will have a harem, but no Lolis, sorry. This increase in childbirth will also allow the girls that he loves in his old world will also become pregnant easier than they usually would for members of their race.
