Chapter 40: Info
Shino couldn't stand it any longer. All of the kids had been defeated in the blink of an eye, like a pile of worthless pieces.
Ryu even made it appear so easy without leaving his spot. Shino, as their class teacher, was disappointed.
Ryu felt satisfied as he glanced at all the bodies of students laying on the ground. He was captivated by the scene in front of him.
Ryu grinned at all of the students. They were all aware that they had been thrashed too badly to move.
Ryu spoke in the most haughty tone imaginable.
"Throughout the Heaven and Earth... I alone am the honored one."
Shinot tried to stop Ryu, but he was cut off by Ryu, "Shino, don't intervene; I won't damage them, but if you insist."
Shino was being threatened by a teenage boy who was meant to be his new student. He couldn't help but frown.
Ryu could see with his eyes what sudents gaze desired as they looked at him. They wanted to respected and not trampled upon.
"Are you sure you don't want to be trampled on?"
All of the paralyzed students could only see and hear. They couldn't say anything or move because they were all under his genjustsu.
"If you don't want to be stomped on, there are two options. One is to get so strong that no one will dare to step on you. Another option is to turn it into dog shit, which no one wants to step on.
"What are you all going to be now?" All I see is the latter part becoming a reality. I was fighting S-class Ninjas when I was your age."
Ryu freed them from the genjutsu. In the best way he could, he had told them not to tamper with him.
"Shino sensei, you may continue. There is no longer a problem."
When Ryu asserted there was no longer a problem, Shino furrowed his brows.
'You are the problem here.'
"You are not allowed to sit at that spot. Place yourself at a desk. This is your final warning; else, you will be suspended."
Shino meant to scare Ryu into taking a desk instead of sitting there like he owned the place, but he wasn't expecting for such a reaction.
"Do it. I don't care if I'm suspended or not. I'm not leaving this spot."
Shino was furious as hell. He'd reached the pinnacle. Ryu realized Shino was suppressing his rage and decided to cut himself some slack.
"All right, I'm leaving."
As Ryu stood up, the wooden throne vanished. He began to move down from his seat, opened the classroom door, and exited the room.
"Bye, you may proceed. I've got some work to do."
He simply stunned the entire class with his actions. He simply went without asking permission. Shino was not mad at the least but felt relieved.
Shino began teaching the class in the middle of it after fifteen minutes.
Ryu stepped inside with chips and junk food after opening the door. He proceeded to his seat without asking for permission again.
"What is the meaning of this?"
"I came to finish the class. Don't worry about me right now. I'll be sitting at a desk."
Ryu approached Sarada's desk, where she was sitting alone, and sat alongside her. Others would simply annoy him.
"You're going to become a shinobi; you must maintain your discipline."
"I am only here temporarily. Why would I join a team?"
"Whatever you make of it, you will be part of a team. That is certain if you have attended the academy."
Ryu's brow furrowed. He didn't want to be on the same team as these people. That would simply throw off the timetable. He was eating chips more quickly as he thought about it.
*chirp*
*chirp*
'How do I go about fixing this?'
Sarada grabbed all the chips and junk food and tossed them outside the window.
"Eating in class is not allowed, Brother."
The entire class began murmuring about what had just occurred.
"Did she call her brother?"
"He's her younger brother."
"I assumed they only had the same surname."
"Does she have the same ability as he?"
"Is that why he didn't hit her?"
In class, there was a lot of murmuring, and everyone was reacting like crazy.
Ryu took a serious look at Sarada. She opposed indiscipline.
"You have the nerve to toss my food."
Sarada closed her eyes as Ryu lifted his hand, expecting to hit him.
Ryu simply patted her on the head. He didn't want to strike a woman.
"I'll try not to cause any problems, Sis."
Ryu just slept there after that, leaving the class to run its course. The other teachers were anxious when Shino informed them what had transpired.
Ryu awoke during the break. He did not wake in any of the teachers' classes.
"That was an excellent nap. I'm hungry since I slept too much."
Ryu saw the upbeat environment in the classroom. They were all having a good time snacking.
Ryu noticed Sarada sitting alone with her snack.
"You're eating by yourself. You should have plenty of people to eat with."
Sarada didn't say anything and just ate her food. She was in a terrible mood today as a result of Ryu's prank on the entire class.
"You want to be difficult to catch? What are you so upset about?"
Sarada was still upset. She utterly ignored Ryu.
Ryu didn't bother anymore. He walked right through the classroom wall, dropping everyone's jaws, and went to get his food.
'I wasn't acting like myself these days.' 'I need to put a stop to this.'
Ryu went to a local shop and bought some dumplings.
Everyone in the class was discussing Ryu's ability to pass through the barriers. They were all astounded at Ryu's abilities.
When Ryu entered the class with his dumplings packed, he offered Sarada half of them.
"I'm not going to act like that. I really wanted to have some fun because I never had the opportunity before."
Sarada took a taste of the dumplings.
"As long as you understand."
Ryu sat alongside her and began to eat the dumplings as well.
"Do you know any jutsu?"
"I don't know many jutsu just some fire release. I don't have your talent."
Ryu gulped the dumpling and began eating the second.
"It is entirely up to you to believe. If you wish, I can teach you an extremely powerful jutsu."
Sarada's eye sparkled. She longed to become stronger above all else.
"Are you serious about teaching me?"
"S-class jutsu at that," Ryu said, nodding his head.
Sarada was thrilled to be learning a new jutsu.
"However, why do you want to teach me?"
"You called me brother, and we are already family, it makes more sense to teach you."
The reason was sufficient; she was simply fascinated.
"What is that jutsu?"
"It's chidori, which Sasuke uses and I recreated it."
"I will give it my all."
Ryu didn't say anything after that because he was tired of being in class. He had slept the majority of the time, but he had awoken from time to time and had to listen to some lectures that he never wanted to repeat in his life.
Ryu was back to his old self. He'd already set a poor example for everyone to stop bothering him.
Ryu slept through all of the academy classes that ended one after the other.
"Wake up, brother! "The classes are over; we must leave."
Ryu opened his eyes to see all of his classmates departing with their friends.
"Why don't you join your friends? I'll be arriving home late today. " "I must meet your seventh hokage."
"But you promised to teach me chidori."
Ryu rubbed his eyes and got out of his seat.
"I'll teach you tomorrow or today if the meeting ends early."
Sarada frowned in response to Ryu's statements "I'm not convinced. Let me to follow you."
Ryu knew that it would be difficult. He needed to meet Naruto and Sasuke, but he wasn't sure whether she'd be able to wait that long.
"It might last a long time. I will definitely teach you tomorrow."
"I'll wait. It's my opportunity to learn super-powerful jutsu."
Ryu decided to let her follow him; after all, he had nothing to lose.
"Follow me!"
As instructed, Ryu left to meet Naruto and Sasuke at the Hokage's office.
While Ryu went to meet Naruto, Sarada waited outside.
Eveything was prepared and was directly guided to Naruto's office.
Ryu entered what appeared to be an investigation room, where he found Naruto sitting with Sasuke and Shikimaru beside him.
"Seeing such a space with three high-ranking village members makes me feel like a criminal."
Naruto had a serious expression on his face. He wasn't smiling as in Naruto, but he was serious like in Boruto.
"Make yourself at ease. I was told by Sasuke that you possessed information that was S-class confidential, therefore we're meeting here."
Naruto did exhibit a surprised expression when seeing Ryu, but his job as Hokage overtook his emotions.
Ryu sat in the chair directly across from Naruto, with a big table in between.
"If you say like that It only gives me chills, for all I know I might be sent to prison after the information I will provide you."
Naruto raised a brow with everyone curious of him.
Nothing as such would happen, I promise you. As hokage, I shall promise you.
Ryu chuckled. This was just what he needed to hear. Naruto's promise was authentic.
"I'm going to tell you something you don't want to hear."
They were all listening intently.
"It started on my birthday around a year ago." Otsutsuki Kinshiki attacked my town in the Land of Waves that day. I was on a mission, and he was already ther when I arrived. Soon after, I went up against him. I beat him nearly to death, but I couldn't kill him. All I could do was get close to death. There, I lost my family and lost to him by a near margin but I managed to escape."
"Continue!"
"When I arrived after a few days of recovering, as I went unconscious, I heard Sasuke was there, and later that day I fought him, but I eventually got out unscathed."
This was all they had learned from Sasuke. After that, they needed to know the story.
"I then joined the largest criminal group. Jigen Otsutsuki is the leader, and each member is a monster in their own right. They have a vast network and are aware of everything that has happened in the world in the past and what is happening presently. There is a very crucial element in all of this, but it has to wait for some reason I can't reveal for fear of causing a problem in the future."
Shikamaru spoke up shortly after. He required the information in order to learn more about the organization.
"It is not for you to decide."
Shikamaru was silenced when Naruto lifted his hand.
"Do you have anything else to tell us?"
"Another group of Otsutsuki will appear shortly, and they will come after all the tailed beasts from one to nine."
Everyone in the room was frowning. They were already in trouble if it was just one, but another group was only going to make things worse.
"How long will it be until they arrive?"
"Within the next six months!"
Naruto thought for a second.
"We must deal with this organization before to their arrival."
"If you do it, you will all die. I would advise dealing with those who will arrive first. I can't tell you why, but if you go after them first, you'll die a dog's death."
"Does it have anything to do with the hidden element?"
Ryu only nodded his head. He couldn't tell them everything since it would just make things worse in the future.
"There is more I can tell but they all can wait and I have somewhere to be at."
Ryu got up from his place when Naruto asked, "How was your day at school?"
"I had a blast but can't say the same for others."
