Chapter 235: Apprentice

It wasn't long before they stopped at the shooting area.

Rose sees two tall, bulky men standing beside the black rectangle table. Her eyes are beaming when she notices a few rifles she is familiar with lying on the table. 

"Rose, have you ever used a sniper rifle before?" Edward Spencer glanced at Rose beside him. His curiosity about Rose's shooting ability grew as soon as they arrived at this outdoor shooting range. 

"I've never used a firearm."

Seeing the wide smile framing her face as her eyes sparkled at the rifle on the table, Edward Spencer chuckled quietly. This girl looks like a child who is so happy when she meets her favorite toy.

"Interesting! Mmm… Do you want to choose which rifle you will use?" Edward patiently asks her. He really wanted to suggest to her to choose the best rifle that fit her. But, his heart tells him otherwise; He needs to test Rose about her knowledge of rifles, so he remains silent.
