Chapter 3: Choices

"Hmm, that's a difficult question." Thought Drake out loud.

"Why?" asked death.

"Because if I thread a backstory for us, that connects us with some of the main characters, we'll have an easier time fitting in." Drake said, sounding frustrated.

"Well, ideally how would you go about it?" Asked Ciri.

"Ideally I'd want to establish myself with the Argents early. Not all of them, just Chris, Victoria and Allison. They're all pivotal in the show, plus Allison has a lot of potential that wasn't explored in the show, mainly because only the audience realise that she's the reincarnation of the original hunter, Marie-Jeanne Valet."

"Okay, who's next?" Death asks.

"Next would be Derek Hale, at the start of the story he's completely alone living in the burnt down house his family was murdered in, that's just sad. I need to establish myself early with him too, so he doesn't become such a sourwolf."

"Who's next?" Ciri asks.

"Hmm Jackson maybe…" Drake strokes his chin.

"...Though he's a bit of a dick in the show but with the right sort of people around him, he could be a good guy, plus he's the kanima, which is just awesome." Drake laughs.

"Next?"

"Would have to be Stiles and the sheriff. I'd like it if they were related to me somehow, but I don't know how that would work, with Ciri being with me." Drake appears stumped.

"Anyone else?" Death asks.

"Nope, the only other characters I want to make contact with are Malia and Lydia. Malia, I can meet after the story starts and Lydia, I can meet through Jackson just before the story starts. Anyone else I can meet after the story starts."

"So ideally they're all the ones you'd want?" Asked Death. Drake nodded.

"Okay then. Meeting the Argents is easy. An event took place when Allison was ten, where the Argent's ancestral house was attacked by Omega werewolves. Someone saved her, but that could easily be you. Now Derek is a little more difficult. I wouldn't be able to physically send you back, so you'll have to tell me how you want to meet and what sort of relationship you two will have." Drake nodded.

"Jackson will be much like Derek. You'll tell me how you met, how close you are and what sort of relationship you have." Drake nodded again.

"Now onto Stiles and his father, you've got two choices. The first choice being, you could be Stiles's cousin, the sheriff's nephew. Drake nodded at the choice.

"Or there's the second choice…" Death sounding amused.

"Why am I suddenly nervous?" Drake asked Ciri. She shrugged and smirked. Death began speaking again.

"You could become the sheriff's adopted son."

"Why not his actual son? Stiles's twin?" Drake asked sarcastically.

"Well considering how you look and your bloodline, that would be very difficult for me to accomplish, unless I completely altered history." Death said very matter of factly.

"Fair enough." Drake answered slightly defeated. Death smirked but tried her best to hide it. Drake started to think out loud.

"Well I'd need a guardian in this world and there would be few better than the sheriff. I'm assuming you'll be de-aging us, to send us?" He questioned. Death nodded.

"I will, but you'll still look the same as you do now. Bare in mind you have your shapeshifting abilities and Ciri's got her magic, so you can both look as old as you want even when you're a child. While we're on the subject, I took the initiative to completely unlock Ciri's magic, as well as give her all the information she'll need to use it, the spells, the rituals, the lot. Including updates to her already extensive knowledge of the supernatural." They both thanked her for what she'd done.

"So when we reach the start of the story, how old will we be?" Drake pondered.

"You'll be 16, though Ciri will be 17."

"Wait!? So I'll technically be 9 when I save Allison despite looking like this?"

"Yep." Death laughed.

He sighed.

"I'll go with the sheriff's adopted son then, but what about Ciri?" Drake wonders.

"Simple, she's your girlfriend." Drake's jaw dropped. Ciri giggled.

"Shouldn't you ask Ciri first!? Before deciding for her." He argued.

"I'm fine with it." Ciri piped up. Drake's jaw dropped yet again.

"Okay, you guys win, I give up." He said defeated. The pair laughed at his misery.

"So that's the Argent's and the Stilinski's done, just Jackson and Derek left." Death declared.

"I'll meet Jackson when he's in elementary school, I'll be a big brother to him because that's what I think he needs. He'll be older than me though, but I'll be bigger than him physically just to make it funny. I'll meet Derek sometime before the Hale fire, but I'll leave Beacon hills a few months before so Kate won't know who I am. He'll be like family to me and treat me as his younger brother. He won't know I'm a wolf though he'll have his suspicions. Is that enough?" He asks. Death nods.

"That should be fine, I'll fill in any blanks."

"Thank you." He says.

"You haven't got to thank me Drake, this is your reward. Thank me by being happy and looking after Ciri." Drake looks to Ciri and smiles.

"I think it'll be her looking after me, rather than the other way round." Death agrees.

"Now, I've added some extra information to your minds, so you'll understand everything properly. When you arrive you'll have a bank card that only you can use Drake, all of your money is there. It won't be able to be stolen or lost, when you want it it'll be there. And I think that's everything, right?" Death tapped on her chin.

"I think so." Replied Drake. Ciri nodded next to him.

"Well, I guess this is goodbye then." Death smiled sadly.

"I guess it is. Thanks for everything." Drake smiled and hugged her. Ciri did the same.

"I'll be watching over the pair of you. Have a good life…." She paused.

"... goodbye…. My friends."

With that, the pair were gone.

Meeting Allison, Chris and Victoria Argent

-

Not long after Allison's tenth birthday, her parents decided to take her on a spontaneous vacation to France to visit her relatives, not knowing her parents' true reason for going. She hadn't seen her aunt Kate or grandfather in quite some time, so she was quite excited.

The real reason for the visit… to kill a group of omega wolves who were hunting and killing humans for sport, as the hunter's code states…'We hunt those who hunt us'.

After landing in Paris the family of three jumped into the car that was waiting for them and quickly made their way to the family's ancestral home.

After arriving they were greeted by Aliisons Aunt Kate and her Grandfather, Gerard. Though she loved them both, she always felt that there was something not quite right about them, but being the child she was, she just brushed it off.

Dumping their cases in their respective rooms, the fun began. She played games with her Aunt, her grandfather gave her presents and told her stories, and finally, to finish the day off, a belated birthday was thrown for her. Presents, dancing, and food galore, plus as much cake as she wanted. The night felt like heaven, though like all things, they must come to an end.

Finally, it was her bedtime, despite not wanting to sleep, her mother gave her an order and Victoria Argents orders will be followed. After saying goodnight to her Aunt and Grandfather, her father put her to bed. Kissing her on the head he switched the lights out before wishing her goodnight and leaving the room.

Chris left the room. He proceeded to make his way down the staircase and into the armory, where his wife, his sister and his father waited, along with ten other highly armed hunters.

Chris turned to his wife and spoke.

"So is the operation a go?" Victoria nodded.

"How do we proceed?" Gerard asked.

"We trap them in, using the sonic emitters, and drive them to a kill zone 2 kilometers south of our current location. At said location, the ten of you…" She points at the ten-armed hunters.

"...Will be waiting to ambush them and take them out all at once, Understand?" They nod.

Kate speaks up.

"What sort of numbers are we dealing with?"

"From the intel we've received, we're looking at anything between 8 to 15." Victoria concluded.

Kate simply nodded and went back to licking her combat knife in her normal disturbing manner.

"We ready?" Victoria asked.

Everyone nodded.

"Good, then let's get moving." She ordered.

They began setting up with ruthless efficiency.

The sonic emitters were placed.

The ambush was ready.

Everything was in place.

All that was left to do was wait for movement. They didn't wait long, 20 minutes after setting up, one of the hunters caught sight of an omega.

The operation began. The sonic emitters flared to life, followed shortly after by the howls of omega's, whose ears were being audibly tortured by the device's sonic frequency.

The plan went off without a hitch. The omega's ran right into the ambush, who were then taken out by their ambushers. Only now did Chris realize something was wrong. Looking over the now dead wolves he counted 6 bodies, 1 of the omega's still lived, though not for much longer looking at his wounds. He walked over to the downed wolf and began interrogating him.

"Where are the others?" He began to push his boot into one of the wolves' wounds.

Rather than wince at the pain, the Omega started to laugh, coughing up blood when he tried to speak, though he did speak.

"If it isn't Chris….. And Victoria Argent….hmm, I wonder what that cute little daughter of yours is doing right now." He said sinisterly while licking the blood off his lips.

Chris's eyes widened in shock realizing what was happening.

"Shit, we need to get back, they're going after Allison!" He screamed to the nearby hunters.

They all rushed back towards the house, Chris informed the others on the way. He just hoped they'd get there in time.

-

Argents house, France, Paris

-

Allison was startled awake by the sound of gunshots below her bedroom window. Scared she ran straight to her parent's room, only to find no one there. Afraid and alone, she went to try to find any of her family. Making her way downstairs, the gunshots became more frequent but something was different, the gunshots were now accompanied by a new noise, growls.

She searched the entire ground floor but couldn't find anyone. The gunshots outside stopped. Curious to know what was happening and hoping to find her parents, Allison went to take a look outside.

Bad decision.

As soon as she stepped outside, she noticed the blood covering the floor. Pieces of weaponry lying scattered, broken and destroyed. Stepping further out of the house, she let the door go, slamming behind her. The sound echoed out across the empty land. What followed, petrified young Allison. In the forest before her, a howl rang out. Followed by glowing blue eyes and terrifying figures making their way towards her.

Not knowing what else to do, she ran and ran with all her might, straight in the other direction. It was no use, the monsters were gaining on her. Her lungs were burning, her legs were screaming, she couldn't go on much longer. She was within meters of the forest, when one of the monsters sprang toward her, her eyes shut in fear, there was nothing she could do but wait to be killed. However, what she expected never came.

The moment, just before the monster killed her, A loud bassy bark resonated around her filled with so much power the ground trembled. The bark was followed by a swish, immediately after.

Realizing she hadn't been attacked, Allison opened her eyes, only to see the beautiful figure of an ashen-haired woman standing before her, with her sword resting to her side.

Allison noticed that all the monsters who were chasing her had now stopped, and were staring at the lady before her. They growled at her through gritted teeth.

"Step aside human, we want the brat behind you. Leave now and we won't come after you for killing our brother."

The lady before her just laughed, before talking out loud.

"You heard that, right? They were threatening me, ME! Hahahahaha."

After she spoke the ground rumbled, followed soon after by loud and heavy thuds, the trees began rustling behind them. Allison turned only to freeze. Red slitted eyes were moving toward her through the forest.

THUD!

THUD!

THUD!

THUD!

The creature, the eyes belonged to, now becoming visible. A wolf. A huge wolf. A wolf with pitch black fur. A wolf that dwarfed even fully grown male lions. Standing at a height of around 3 metres, it dwarfed everything around it.

Looking at the wolf moving toward her Allison froze, she was so scared that she couldn't even run.

Seeing the wolf moving closer and closer to her. Tears started to form in her eyes, she didn't want to die. Instinctively she forced her eyes shut, waiting for something that never happened.

Instead, what happened was she got nudged. Blinking her eyes open, she saw the wolf nudging her with its nose.

Completely out of habit, she began to stroke the wolf. His fur was silky soft, as she stroked him she heard a voice in her head.

"You're safe now Allison, we'll protect you." She looked at the wolf startled.

"Did you just speak? In my mind?" She tried asking in her mind.

"That I did." The wolf nudged her playfully. Allison giggled. The wolf lay down before talking to Allison again.

"Now little one, climb on my back. You'll be safe up there."

Allison climbed up, forgetting all the fear she felt a short while ago. When she was finally comfortable, the wolf stood, walking toward the white haired lady's side.

Allison stared down at the monsters, who a little while ago were trying to hurt her and realized they were bowing to the big fluffy wolf she was sitting on.

"Allison?"

"Yes, Mister wolf?"

"You can call me Drake little one, and Ciri's the lady standing next to us."

"Hi Allison." Ciri turned to smile at the little girl.

"Okay Drake, Hey Ciri." Allison waved at Ciri, making her chuckle.

"Can you do something for me, little one?" Drake asked.

Allison nodded furiously.

"Can you shut your eyes and only open them when I tell you too?" Drake asked gently.

"Okay." She replied, closing her eyes tightly.

Drake spoke to Ciri, telepathically.

"Destroy them." His voice, sounding malicious.

Ciri used blink and within a single moment, 7 bodies dropped to the floor without heads. The 8th being ripped apart by Drake's massive paw.

Omega's taken care of, Drake heard footsteps approaching.

Now, standing in front of him were Chris and Victoria Argent gobsmacked at what they'd just witnessed and what they were currently staring at.

-

Chris and Victoria's POV

-

They ran through the forest as quickly as their legs would carry them, trying to get to their daughter before those monsters did. They couldn't even imagine what those things would do to their baby girl.

Nearing the tree line they could hear growls and laughter. They got worried, only for it to disappear when a loud bark pierced through the woodlands. Finally reaching the tree line they saw a sight that made them freeze, a huge wolf with their daughter tightly clinging to its back. The wolf stood before the omega's they were hunting, accompanied by a ashen haired woman. All the Omega's were bowing before the huge wolf.

The scene that followed stocked them both.

The woman disappeared only to reappear next to the wolf in a blink. 7 heads fell and the eighth omega, was completely ripped to pieces by the huge black wolf.

They sped toward the odd pair only stopping when they were standing right before them.

-

Normal POV

-

Drake and Ciri stared at Chris And Victoria and Chris and Victoria doing the same in turn.

The tension in the air was palpable. Ciri was the one who decided to break the ice, staring at Chris and Victoria.

"Let's get Allison somewhere safe first, we still don't know if any of those things are lurking around." Chris and Victoria looked at each other before they both nodded. Victoria spoke up.

"Follow us." Ciri just nodded and Drake followed. Telepathically speaking to Allison as he did.

"Your parents are here little one but keep your eyes closed until I tell you to, okay?"

"Okay Drake." She replied.

Victoria led them around to the rear entrance of the house, where a door, big enough for Drake to walk through was situated. Seeing the doorway Drake discreetly shrunk himself to a more reasonable size.

Walking into the house Ciri couldn't help but admire the weaponry on the walls. When she was taking too long Drake nudged her from behind.

They eventually made they're way into a large sitting room with a roaring fire taking center stage.

Chris and Victoria took their seats, followed by Ciri who sunk into the large sofa she'd sat on. Drake didn't relax just yet as he still had Allison on his back.

"You can open your eyes now, little one." Hearing this Allison's eyes shot open, immediately spotting her parents, who she waved at. Drake lay down to allow Allison to climb off but she seemed more than happy to stay out.

"Allison, you can climb off now." Drake announced.

"But I want to stay here so I can stroke your fur." She whined.

"You can still stroke my fur but I need to do something first, besides your parents seem to be getting tenser the longer you stay with me." Allison looked up to see her parents holding hands, a look of worry on their faces.

"Just go over and hug them. Let them know you're okay and uninjured." She immediately jumped off Drake's back and ran to her parents who engulfed her in a hug.

Drake wandered over to Ciri, who was relaxing on the sofa, shrank down slightly and lay across the sofa, resting his head on her lap.

The Argents saw what he'd done but didn't jump to any conclusion, they owed the odd pair that much. When they'd finished checking over Allison, the pair relaxed somewhat. Chris began to speak.

"I suppose introductions are in order, I'm…." Ciri interrupted.

"Chris Argent and the lady next to you is your wife and Allison's Mother, Victoria Argent. I know."

Chris frowned but continued.

"And you are?"

This time Allison interrupted.

"I know this one.." She points at Ciri.

"That's Ciri…" She runs over to Drake and jumps on him, cuddling up to his fur.

"And this is Drake." Drake let out a bark of agreement, which Allison giggled at.

"So now we've been introduced, can you tell me what you're doing here? And how you know who we are?" He asks bluntly. Ciri appreciated the bluntness.

"We came to save the little one here.." Pointing toward Allison, who was slowly falling to sleep cuddled up to Drake.

"Why?" Chris demanded.

"Drake wanted to. So I didn't really have a choice in the matter." Ciri smirked.

"The wolf wanted to?" Ciri nodded.

"And why would you just follow what a wolf said?" Chris asked suspiciously,

"Because he's my partner and a little girl's life was at stake. What other reasons would I need?" Ciri's temper flared but she managed to reign herself in.

Chris took a metaphorical step back and Victoria took over, asking the question they both wanted to know the answer to.

"Is he a werewolf?"

"The answer to that is complicated…" Ciri began to explain.

"...Technically he is, but he's the only one of his kind."

"Which is?" Victoria asked curiously.

Drake moved off the sofa and stood. His body began morphing, transforming back into his human form. His golden eyes now staring at them, startling the pair with the speed of his change.

"I'm a werewolf, werewolf royalty to be exact. I also happen to be part Lycan."

"How's that any different to a normal werewolf?"

"I'm far stronger than an ordinary werewolf, I also have a few unique abilities which you've already seen, plus I have no weaknesses, unlike ordinary werewolves." They tensed faintly when he mentioned he'd got no weaknesses.

"Why did you save Allison?" Victoria asked, eager to know the answer.

"Because I wanted too…" He answered simply.

".... Besides those animals needed to be put down." Drake spat in disgust.

Hearing the disgust in Drake's voice, they found it hard to disagree.

"It still doesn't explain why a werewolf and one of royal blood would help hunters…" Chris spoke impatiently before Drake cut him off with the same ruthless coldness he'd exhibited in his past life. Ciri tensed up when she felt Drake unconsciously release his aura, the presence of a king filling the room.

"Don't misunderstand, Christopher…" Chris felt afraid. For the first time, in as long as he could remember, he was scared for his own life.

"...I didn't help hunters…" He almost spat as the words left his mouth.

"...I helped Allison, a child. A child with a fate, connected to many others, myself included…." He pauses and walks over to Allison. Looking over her, a gentle smile surfaced on his face, delicately tucking some of her loose hairs behind her ear. A groan of contentment was released by Allison. Standing back up, Drake's eyes shifted from golden to a bright malicious red. His voice grew deep and bestial.

".... and I'll be DAMNED IF I LET ANYONE HARM HER, BE THEY FRIEND OR FOE."

His eyes glowed as his fury filled the room, waking the sleeping child.

Completely oblivious to what was going on around her, she looked around the room to find her new friend Drake. Unfortunately, all she found was a teenage looking boy in the middle of the room. Though she couldn't help but feel he felt familiar. Walking over to the boy who was staring at her parents, she noticed his eyes and smiled.

"Drake?" She asked in a small voice.

Drake's head span to look at her, all the fury he felt draining away. He smiled.

"Sorry, did I wake you, little one?" Allison's face almost split from the grin that burst onto her face, as she charged and jumped into Drake's embrace. Drake spun her around a few times making her giggle.

The Argents weren't exactly comfortable with their baby girl being in the arms of the most powerful werewolf they'd ever come across but they couldn't do much when they saw how happy their daughter was.

After being spun around, Allison pouted.

"I thought you were a wolf?" She said seriously, completely breaking any tension in the room and making both her parents, Ciri and Drake laugh. After a few minutes of unrestrained laughter. Drake tried to speak.

"HAhahahahah.. Haha… ha…. I am a wolf, little one." His eyes glowed, mildly fascinating the little girl. Allison's head tilted to the side.

"So you're a big doggy then?" She asked innocently. A Pffft was heard from the rest of the occupants in the room. Allison didn't seem to notice, as she began to stroke Drake's hair, giggling and muttering to herself how soft it was.

Seeing that she wasn't going to stop playing with his hair anytime soon, he sighed and sat down on the sofa next to Ciri, while little Allison sat in his lap still giggling about his silky hair.

The laughter from Allison's innocent comment finally died down and with the tension in the room gone, Chris stood up and poured everyone a whiskey with the exception of Allison. Handing his wife one, shortly followed by Drake and Ciri. He spoke.

"Did we get all of them?"

"I'm assuming you mean the Omega's?" Drake questioned. Chris nodded.

"Nope…." Popping the 'P' "...But Ciri finished off the ones you missed just before you arrived."

Two sets of eyes turned to look at Ciri and her sword. A question leaked from Victoria's mouth without her realizing it.

"What are you?" Ciri smirked and decided to go a little over the top with her introduction.

"I'm Ciri, Daughter of Geralt and Yennefer. Partner to Drake. Adviser to the King…." She looked to Drake.

"...Swordsman. Archmage. The lady of time and space and possibly the most important, the most beautiful woman Drake has ever seen…." Sending a wink to Drake. Drake just chuckled.

"Archmage?!? Did you really just say Archmage?" The Argent's jaws hit the floor in shock.

"Yep."

"I don't mean to be rude, but what's an Archmage doing with a werewolf, even if he is royalty?" Victoria asked, rather condescendingly.

"You honestly think a weak little druid could keep this guy…" Pointing at Drake who was currently having a thumb war with Allison.

"... Under Control. Royal werewolves are unique in the sense that they never stop getting stronger, and Drake here is unique even for a wolf of royal blood. His body absorbs things whether good or bad, whether they be an experience like being shot or a poison injected into him and adapts them to strengthen him, making him stronger and immune to them. Eventually, he'll get to the point where he's partially, if not completely invulnerable." Ciri looked at the shocked faces of the Argents and continued to speak.

"You're probably wondering why I would tell two hunters this information, right?" They both nodded.

"To put it simply, there's already nothing you can do to hurt him, even when he's on his own, but considering the fact we're always together, he's already practically invulnerable with me by his side."

The Argents now knew just who they were dealing with.

An unbeatable foe.

But knowing that, they oddly felt at ease. Watching Ciri and Drake play with Allison made them realize they weren't dealing with enemies but allies or potentially even friends.

Victoria smiled at her daughter's laughter and felt more relaxed than she had in a long time, knowing now that Allison had such powerful protectors.

Time passed.

The talking continued and Allison had fallen asleep in Drake's arms, even asleep she was clinging to him for dear life. Clearly, tonight had scared her more than anyone in the room realized.

"So when are the rest getting back?" Drake asked, referring to the other hunters.

"They're not." Chris replied.

"Why?" Drake questioned.

"They're off to hunt something else." Chris gritted his teeth.

"They didn't even bother to help you save Allison?" Asked Drake. Chris shook his head.

"Wow!!...." Drake was actually surprised. Despite seeing how psychotic Gerard and Kate were in the show, it was nothing compared to letting your own grandchild and niece potentially die.

"...I'd heard rumours and saw some things but damn, Gerard and Kate are worse than I thought."

"Rumours? And what do you mean by 'Saw some things?" Chris questioned. Drake decided to play his knowledge of the future off as one of his unique abilities.

"I guess one of my minor abilities, is to glimpse into the future and the past and as for the rumours, they're just that, even if they hold a sense of truth to them."

"You're a seer?" Chris shouted, almost waking Allison. Drake just hummed.

"That's how you knew Allison would be attacked.." Drake hummed again.

"That's how you know she's somehow connected to you by fate or whatever?" Drake was about to hum again but decided against it.

"Not exactly, there's a different reason for that. I believe you know the origins of your family, correct?" Chris hummed this time.

"So you know about Marie-Jeanne Valet?" Chris nodded.

"I'm also assuming you know The Beast of Gevaudan?" Chris once again nodded.

"The question now is, Do you know their relation to each other?"

"Marie-Jeanne Valet, was the one who killed The Beast of Gevaudan." Chris replied.

"True but that's not the only relation they have."

"What do you mean?" Asked Chris.

"The Beast of Gevaudan, was her brother." Drake said over dramatically.

"You're joking?" Chris facepalmed, Knowing that Drake wasn't lying.

"Fine but what's that got to do with Allison?" He asked, now curious.

"Well, Allison is the direct reincarnation of Marie."

"Okay, I'm going to save all of my shock up for later...." Chris said sarcastically.

"...How does all of that relate to you?"

"Well, The Beast or Sebastien Valet as he was actually called, Just so happened to be a royal werewolf like me. That's why he was so big. Though he was barely just a royal, his bloodline was very weak. That's partially why he was such a crazy moron, his bloodline wasn't strong enough for him to gain control of it and it sent him crazy. Him being an idiot on the other hand, was all him. Now before you get your panties in a twist, royal wolves are rare, like super rare and because of a lot of very strange and very rare circumstances, I am the last ever Royal to be born. There will be no more after me." A look of pity flashed in Chris's eyes.

"Still, you haven't said how this connects you and Allison." He stated.

"In all honesty, it doesn't. Other than the fact I'm a royal, like The Beast, albeit, my bloodline being massively more potent and unique and Allison being the reincarnation of the one who killed the Beast, there's near to no connection at all. However, that doesn't mean there won't be in the future." Chris became very unnerved by the last part of Drake's answer.

"Explain?"

"Well, let's just say that in the future, some idiotic doctors who love playing with the natural and the supernatural order of things decide to bring back the Beast for fun, who would he go after first?" Drake asked.

"Allison." Chris muttered.

"And who would have to deal with said royal werewolf, if he went on a slaughter-fest?" Chris's eyes glanced up to see the seriousness in Drake's eyes.

"You?"

"Exactly, I guess you could say, it's one of my kingly duties." He laughed.

"You've already seen what happens?" Chris questioned. Drake nodded.

"But it will be different this time." He growled. Chris didn't say anything more.

20 minutes or so passed.

Everyone in the room was asleep. Ciri, resting her head on Drake's shoulder. Drake resting his head on hers and Allison asleep in his arms. Chris and Victoria were cuddled up on the other sofa fast asleep.

Hours passed and the sun rose.

Chris and Drake quickly went about disposing of the bodies of both, the hunters and the omega's. Not wanting Allison to have any reminders of what happened the night before.

For the next week or so, Ciri and Drake were invited to stay, which they accepted. Allison didn't seem to let go of Drake for the first couple of days, it was clear she was still scared but soon enough she was bouncing around like a normal child again.

The week passed and it was finally time for the pair to leave, much to the protesting of Allison, who wanted them to stay. Drake explained that they would see her soon and that he was only a call away if she ever wanted him.

Over the week Chris and Drake had become buddies despite their obvious differences of species and age. It did help that Drake looked older than he was. Ciri and Victoria bonded on how they could control their respective men and their favourite weapons.

When they were about to leave, Drake pulled Chris to the side and explained that if Allison exhibited any strange behavior, such as acting older than she was or having knowledge or skills she shouldn't, then it was possibly due to that fact she'd reincarnated. He also apologised and explained that it may be happening sooner and faster because of the influence of his power. Chris laughed it off and told him not to worry about it, saying that they should meet up once they were back in America, which Drake agreed with.

Saying final goodbyes and receiving a bone break hug from an emotional Allison, they finally left.

Rather than use the note just yet, they decided to stay and explore the world, In disguise, obviously, making sure not to bump into anyone or do anything to affect the storyline. At least just yet. Every couple of months for the next 6 years, Ciri and Drake met up with the Argents, becoming close friends and confidants to the family. Allison's habit of clinging to Drake, remained the same no matter how old she became and you would often find her curled up into his side, whether he was in wolf or human form during the later hours of the evening.

The seventh year came and the Argents moved to Beacon hills.

Teen wolf was about to begin, the pair finally used the note, sending them to the spot Death had intended.
