Chapter 74: The Walk of Shame

"shut it down," someone shouted, and Maria clung to herself the more. 

She stood helplessly as she watched a series of nude women displayed on the screen. Embarrassment couldn't even begin to cover what she felt. She had never been put in such a position where defending herself felt like an impossible task.

She didn't even know where to begin wondering where everything had gone wrong. Down to the very last minute, she had felt the flash in her bag. She asked if it was a mistake from her. 

Maybe she had mistakenly exchanged the flash, but how possible was that? She didn't own any moment containing nude scenes. She thought again that perhaps the pictures were part of the flash and she had not seen it, but that wasn't also possible. She could never have oversight as significant as this.
