Chapter 11: Famished

Everything Luca purchased for Juliette was delivered to her room, and Juliette gaped when she realized once again just how much Luca spent for her.

But still, she would never forgive him for what he tried to do to her.

For the entire day, Luca locked Juliette's room, and no matter how many times she screamed and cursed, Luca didn't give in. Until she grew tired and decided to shut up.

Luca stationed Salvatore outside Juliette's room and made sure the latter understood specifically not to let Juliette out no matter what.

It was past nine o'clock in the evening, and Juliette's stomach started growling.

"Fuck! I should have eaten what they served earlier!"

Juliette never ate anything for the whole day as she wanted to rebel against Luca. And now, she's starting to regret it.

Juliette glared at the locked door and threw one of the room slippers she was wearing at it.
