This has always been a great story! Character building takes time, which, in my mind, is a good thing. Every character grows and changes over time! It is hard to wait for the next chapter, and this story is approaching 500 chapters quickly! The MC plus friends aren't perfect, but they aren't sleezebags either! Watching the characters mature together is the most fun! And a whole new story arc just started, too!
I love this story so much that I I can spend a whole day doing but reading 📚 is full of fun and the description is very vivid creating room for a very clear imagination. it's so frustrating that I can't understand the lock chapters and can't get to read the rest of the remaining chapters from 359 onwards 😢 am just hoping for a miracle to unlock the rest of the chapters.
Review after Ch.383 The story starts out pretty strong but tapers off in the middle. As we progress the pacing of the story gets worse, the academy arc is going on for around 200+ chapters and still there is no sign of the arc's end. Pros - 1) Character development of girls in harem is better than expected ( even better than MC's development) 2)MC has a good reason to become stronger (Avenge his mother's death) Cons- 1)Slow pacing - As of now, mc is still struggling to become a 3 star mage(mind you he is a 2 star mage before ch .50) 2) Repetitive storyline

interesting story with a mc who change during the story and did not stay the same from the start to where i am 280 more chapter keep going and ty
I like this novel alot. the only thing I don't like is it's slow as F, I mean mc became 2 star mage at ch 29 and at 380 he is still a 2 star mage and it looks like it'll take 100 more chapters to reach 3 star realm. I really hope author don't drop the novel as it will take 2k to 3k chapters to complete. and cut a little down on lewd scenes with side characters. And make mc suffer for character development as right now he is a like a brat.
novel and plot is great but the frequency at which the chapters are being released is disappointing, hope this novel isn't dropped
I really really loved it work so much!! It was so great I forgot to sleep and read it day and night without the care of the world... but sadly the chapters have not been updated for almost a month now. I feel very disappointed and sad that I have to waited pretty long for any new chapter. I implore the author to continue this novel. I truly loved it 🥲. I want to see more of the story... hope you start writing again..

It is a nice story but author should publise chapters daily...People will lose interest if you like other author left it in the half way

The story was ok, writing quality though there are mistakes it doesn't cause any confusion while reading. My issues are the inconsistencies, the MC says X but then does Y cause it adds more drama, or in one quick arc he destroys three 3* mages like they are paper, and then just a couple chapters later he struggles against one 3* and a 2* mage (because these 2 were the end of the arc boss supposedly he had to struggle). I am a few behind of current, but the story has turned into rabbit hole of side stories, and with the pacing side stories seem to never end (20 chapters for a single auction that is part of a side story that off loads one of the women for awhile). One of my other issues is how fights go, as others have said MC always struggles till he has one move left then pulls it out. However the fights are all Throw attack A see what happens, throw attack B, let enemy regroup, dodge or take a hit, then throw attack C. None of the fights exhibit any coordination with his team, or ability chain attacks. It is always Someone doing one ability everyone stands and waits to see if it works before doing anything else. As a team they have so many combinations they could use, but none of them are used. Author is hinting about a Tournament Arc that MC is gung ho about, but still keeps saying he wants to stay low key... All in all the story for me just lost it's hook for me to continue and it started at the Sect Arc and has just eroded.
Review after chapter 169 - Yes my fav number. Nothing much to say about this story but the early 20 chapters are kind of painful for me to read. Not bad but the inconsistency in early chapters is killing me. It still have some inconsistency but wasn't as bad as before Max is honestly pretty annoying but he is fine compared to most of the Harem Protagonist on this site. For the heroines they are good, so I have nothing to criticize about em. Update Stability, It is hella good, consistent and pretty hard for me to catch up. World Building is fine, although it will be more helpful if you goes into more detail about the world. For Grammar, I don't know about this cause English also isn't my first language so It is good enough for me to read and enjoy.

Well honestly the story was good. It has some interesting things if you know what I mean. I only gave this a 3.8 because of CCCRP ( common chinese cliche romance plot ) scene where the fl separates with mc cuz she got some unique physique like IJPDYB (Ice Jade Phoenix Divine Yin Physique /Body ) which attracted a SEOIV ( Supreme Elder Of Ice Valley) when she was 'coincidentally' passing by. This novel would have been perfect if not for this CCCRP. Anyway its only an opinion from my perspective so if you have no problem with this CCCRP then give this a try
