Buu arc and everyone wanted a harem

Goku and his small family of three flew back to earth and signed up for the tournament except for Goku who was already signed up, Supreme Kai also showed up.
There seemed to be an actual statue of him next to the arena, it also seemed that Hercules wasn't anyone anyone knew so when he arrived on stage everyone cheered like crazy but his opponent just fell unconscious and lost.
The other matches were normal till Gohan got stabbed and they chased after the dude who held the jug, Bulma also healed Gohan as they went, when they arrived Dabora was waiting but Bulma clamped his mouth shut with telekinesis and stabbed him in the heart.
They moved on and Gohan murdered the other opponents until they reached the cockroach dude and Buu's hatching egg, Goku threw both into the cells as the egg hatched in captivity, too bad for Buu and Cockroach because the power suppression took place, Goku decided to speed time all the way in the saiyan cell so they died faster, he also added gravity 1.5 directly sticking them permanently to the ground which is how they'd live for the rest of their lives.
Little did they know Bulma had developed a new thing where instead of suppressing power it drained the power and transferred into electricity at a 1 =300V ratio. A ten by ten metre battery went with this, of course using enhanced capsule tech it held much more than what it should be.
So happily ever after the Buu saga ended, now for his next project he needed some help from a certain dragon "Shen Long, grant my wish"
Shen long showed up of course "Hi how are you doing?"
"Yeah pretty good, yourself?"
"Yeah no one could summon me so I had a very nice nap, now your wish?
"I'd like to be able to increase and decrease the opinion of people I select about the things I select"
"Interesting, Okay done, see you later" Shen Long disappeared and the Dragon Balls changed to normal rocks, to thank him Goku put a time domain around the balls and turned it up to 100x so Shen long would get a longer rest.
When Goku thought about it he realised he forgot to place the planetary domain, he turned earth's speed up to 10 causing chaos.
This meant a year was now 3650 days, Goku also checked the Gravity and found out it had been paused a 35G, this was a good spot to leave it for now. The average adult now had a power level of 2000. Peddle cars had become popular since people could move faster than normal engines. Another popular method was people going to lessons and learning to fly.
Nuclear bombing wouldn't be hard, fill a capsules with five nukes each, fly over a place and open the capsules.
Getting back to the task at hand,First he went to Bulma and aided by this ability he convinced her to let him have a harem. Next he went to Supreme Kai and asked shin to take him to Universe 6.
Shin didn't know why but he went to Universe 6 with Goku using that upgraded version of Instant transmission. Once there he asked to go to Champa and once again was allowed. Now that he was here he found Vados who was caring for the sleeping Champa "Hello Vados"
"Who is it who has come here?" She asked calmly
"I'm Goku of Universe 7"
"Why do you seek me?"
"I've got a question" He started adding her love for him up "What would it take to make you stop serving Champa and move to the mortal realm?" Now he added her wanting to be married and deducted her will to serve Champa
"If someone worthy were to take my hand in marriage I would go with them, as long as the Grand minister approves as well"
"Would I perhaps qualify for that?"
Vados paused and nodded "You would only need the Grand Minister's approval"
"Could you take me to get that?"
"Yes I could" They went off to Zeno's palace and were allowed access when Zeno agreed, now instead of increasing the ministers idea of it he increase Zeno's.
The he asked "Could I have Vados' hand in marriage"
Just as the Grand minister went to deny, Zeno smiled "I think it's an awesome idea"
Goku gave Zeno a capsule and said click it and throw, when he did a playground full of toys and games and everything else I child would like "Sitting in this chair looks boring, you can play all day now" he directed a smirk at the guards.
"Thanks, Thanks" Zeno was happy whilst the minister stood there dumbstruck before saying
"If it of Lord Zeno's choosing" and agreed to the marriage. Goku left before anything could be said and went back to earth with Vados who was surprised by the increased time until Goku explained.
When Bulma met her there were no problems, Gohan didn't have a problem with her so everything went perfectly.
At night, Goku and Vados connected on a deeper level.
