Chapter 7: Raditz, the underwhelming loser
Goku flew to a remote farm where a sphere fell into the ground surprising a random farmer. He looked up and saw a guy levitating then looked down and saw a metal ball opening with a guy coming out.
Raditz looked around and activate his scouter, he saw that the average person on the planet had 300 which was way over what he was told which was 5 and the man flying had a power level of 5000 or so he thought anyway.
He realised that four average men could match him in power together, his first thought was to escape but Goku zoomed over and grabbed his tail, Goku got out the ship and threw Raditz into a cell, the cells could suppress up to 10,000 power so Raditz was basically weaker than a normal human newborn before gravity went up.
Currently it was paused at 10G and people were living their lives normally thanks to people inventing ways to compress metal so people wouldn't break it.
Anyone who actually trained especially martial artists all easily had over 1000 power, Goku had his power heavily suppressed when Raditz measured it, he took the ship which was still in perfect condition and the scouter to Capsule Corp (Dr. Slump and his son permanently joined) to implement it into his ship and the earth's technology to use, such as a scanning machine in the tenka'ichi budokai so a certain power could be the minimum threshold and certain people could be acknowledged as dangerous.
Or maybe training programs using scouter technology to find better training methods to increase humanity's power. All these things would end up happening for the better, they won't even know the technology was stolen from a dude trying to sell their planet.
Goku made sure to lure Vegeta by saying "Even if he did exterminate humanity, the dragon balls can grant any wish" this definitely caused a reaction but Goku broke the transmitter.
He then contemplated what to do when he got a call from Bulma, turns out she's pregnant, fun.
Goku for the sake of it managed to get King Kai to contact his boss who contacted his boss, the Supreme Kai so Goku could train under them, he did this using a bribe of increasing King Kai's planet bigger than any of the other regular Kai using the Dragon Balls.
Once they were contacted they found out who it was and why they were special and felt they should train him in a couple years but not now, because Goku didn't have much time he went to Namek, searched and was allowed to use the Dragon Balls.
He couldn't help but want to be kind to the grand elder, some much he actually made the grand elder return to his prime this strengthening the Dragon Balls, now other than weight what was used to get stronger, time of course so he used to first wish to preserve the saiyan bloodline by no matter what having at least half the genetics of his descendants would always be saiyan, the second was that he would have an ability kind of like his gravity one but instead with time he could speed up and slow down time, the minimum was 0.25 and the level one had 2x speed 2 metres, very effective, the third wish was that all his descendants potential stacked so everyone had everyone else's potential plus their own, quite OP when you think about the potential in hybrid saiyans.
So eventually when he had planetary level he could have earth living beyond other planets. Increased gravity and increased time, it would become a super planet, thus also meant day and night would change faster, whatever.
He had found a godly strategy. He then headed back to earth to support Bulma for the next few months till his son was born. This is how he lived for the next few months, he also did training and began increasing earth's gravity slowly once more. His son was born a week before the saiyans showed up.
Once the saiyans showed up and destroyed a city he completely wiped the floor with both, his actual power was 83,000 so he didn't even sweat. His current goal was to beat up Frieza and steal all their technology and research to completely throw Earth into the sci-fi era.
So he stole the pods and scouters, making sure to break all transmitters and threw both unconscious bodies into the cells that had been upgraded, they now fed nutrients to prisoners without them consuming anything and it suppressed up to 50,000 power but it still took unreadable levels of power to break it so even if it didn't suppress power then they still wouldn't break out, he planned to have it upgraded to suppress Frieza eventually.
The look on Vegeta's face will be priceless.
