Uncontrollably laughing at the scene as the two bicker Pyrrha glances at me before I heard a question I should've seen coming but still surprised me, "Since Nora and Ruby are going to be busy Al… how about I help you level up in a party are you fine with that?"
Huh?
Blinking somewhat surprised by her I wasn't opposed to her joining just… I guess it shouldn't be that surprising as I grinned at this, "Oh. Sure I don't see why not. More the merrier would be helpful I suppose."
Pyrrha grins at this with a nod as she officially joined while Ruby speaks drinking her milk as she talks to us, "So then I guess everyone has their stuff to do. Well then, I hope you two do well and will be busy. Say Al anything you want me to get while shopping?"
Raising my hand on my chin I thought about what I would need as I gave it some thought… hmm… there is one thing that does come to mind but also interested in the idea. Speaking what I have in my mind I asked Ruby, "I hope it's not much trouble but… can you perhaps make me or at least see that you can get me some Dust infused daggers or knives? With those, I can use it well with my semblance."
Ruby places her finger on her hand as she gave it some thoughts as she asked me what kinds I would like, "Hmm… in that case any element you want these daggers then? Fire? Lightning? Wind? Water? Earth? Gravity perhaps?"
Shrugging at this getting out some of my Lien towards the two with a large amount to them as I replied to them, "How about all of them available. And the extra is for the ammo. It was my fault that you two spent most of your rounds for me so I thought it was fair that I pay for them but you know. A gamer gotta grind right?"
Nora happily took the Lien as she nodded with a grin on her face as she speaks about what to use it on, "Oh leader you really are great! With this, I can resupply on my Magnhild and possibly some upgrades."
Thinking of that I began to ask her what about adding a sidearm to her, of course, it's her choice to get it, "In that case, while your upgrading Magnhild how about getting a taser? With your semblance needing electricity might help out to have one on the side. Obvious I know but always on the ready to use your semblance."
Nora sheepishly grins at this as she replied to me the reason why she couldn't as Nora speaks the reason why she doesn't, "Oh trust me I had the same idea. But the problem is it's too weak for me to activate my semblance. That's why I need Lightning Dust to activate it otherwise a taser is a small boost compared to the raw power with its low voltage. But Lightning Dust has the voltage of actual lightning boosting me to superhuman power."
I guess that makes sense a taser doesn't according to Nora give her a boost in power. But the raw nature of Lightning Dust though uses the actual raw power full force for her to get the most benefit.
That was when Ruby chimed into Nora's problem with a confident grin on her face as she replied to her problem, "In that case how about I help you out. I mean I make some good weapons I think we can work something out."
Glad to see that the two of them are becoming good friends with their personalities. But their ideals of Pancakes and Cookies are a bit much but I guess that is what makes their charms I suppose as we finished our breakfast.
Leaving a large some of my Lien to them they seem to be happy to get what they want as I and Pyrrha both left to our Dorms getting prepared. Since we were together I replied to Pyrrha to properly make the party, "Alright Pyrrha since we're going on the grind time to invite you since we're in a private setting. Party create. 'The Witch and Champion'. Invite Pyrrha Nikos."
"Oh."
Surprised was certainly evident in her face as I won't get tired of that face people make when they joined the party. Have to admit though I think I won't forget seeing the surprised faces of people.

I was honestly expecting to be a bit more actually than this but… I guess it makes sense if I take into account her training against fighters she's used to.
Pyrrha looks at her levels as she happily smiled like a kid in a candy store as she asked me rather surprised at her, "Oh! Is being level 105 good? Hey Al, is it a good level for me to have and what are the levels of Nora and Ruby? Oh, this feels very exciting."
Right… I forgot that her common sense is… in short and nice term… squired.
I blinked sheepishly at her as I replied to her in a somewhat surprised voice towards her, "Say Pyrrha you have played video games before right?"
At this, she blushes out of embarrassment as she turns her head away as she replied some facts about her, "Uh… not really. I never got the chance to ever play games as I have been always training for the next Mistral Tournament. So, I guess I never had the chance to relatively have a normal childhood. Playing games and such are new to me."
I knew that Pyrrha was already an oddball without much common sense but to not even play games? I began to question her with genuine confusion as I spoke, "Not much for the normal kid's stuff then huh?"
Pyrrha glances a bit away from me as she nervously mumbles a bit. How adorable but also sad at the same time.
Laughing a bit at her she seems to puff her cheeks at this as she mumbles under her breath as she talked, "Hmph. It's not that funny Al."
Stopping my laugh at her a bit I played along with her as well as apologized to see no harm was done, "Sorry Pyrrha. But it was honestly cute how you looked. I bet most people don't even see how normal you are."

Seeing her face turn red she turns away as I get ready as well for the day to come but a nice level up from the skill is always nice though.
Like that we both got our stuff as I look on the MAP I got from the rewards a while back on the mission as it showed me everything about the Kingdom I reside in. For example, in Vale, I basically have all the areas as well as the locations of the forest range in it.
Especially useful in the Emerald Forest to tell me exactly where I am at all times as I don't need to worry much about being lost. Sadly though I don't have a feature of it to tell me how many enemies are nearby or allies close by except for my vision.
However, it did tell me who are my allies and who are my enemies. For example classic RPG maps, it will tell the player who's good and who's bad by color. Mine is green for allies, blue for neutral, and red for enemies within the area. Pretty handy stuff but it only works if I can one sense them or two I can see them.
Still, it's not a bad feature at all though so it's not a total letdown.
However, how am I going to explain this to Pyrrha… fuck it? If I do go out alone the best is to make sure my team knows I have to be grinding solo eventually when I'm all prepared.
After all, Grimm is the mortal enemy of humans and Faunus but at least I should trust my team. I mean we are going to be living along with each other for an unknown period of time best for them to know what's up.
At least what they need to know is not everything.
Like that we both left Beacon Academy entering the Emerald Forest this time around as I paid for the ride for the Bullhead. This is certainly going to be another day of grinding.
