Chapter 210: POV - Life In A Mysterious 'Sect'

The day began with not much activity. 

The entire land was painted white for as far as the eyes could see. Beautiful white flakes flustered from the sky, swaying in the direction of the chilled winds.

However, despite the harsh environment, there was an undeniable beauty in the starkness, a serene elegance that captivated the eyes of a few peering out their windows early in the morning.

The white storm that started yesterday afternoon, had finally come to an end. 

Yet, there was a heavy cloak of humidity still hovering over the landscape. 

Waking up, some people subconsciously reached for their blankets, wishing to bury themselves in fortresses of their own making.

In a simple, but well-structured and warm home, a young 14-year-old man found himself in this very predicament.

"Ratcliff, I hope you're still in bed by now young man!"
