"This is your new apartment? How much did you spend decorating it?" J was at Noah's new apartment. He took a look at everything. It was a luxurious apartment after all.
"I think you're missing a roommate, it's too lonely. You can't talk to your neighbors too much, you'll go crazy from loneliness."
"Who said I'll live alone? I have a girlfriend."
J tutted, "Aren't you guys tired of being together every day? Believe me, it's enough to see your girlfriend once in a while."
"That's because you are not in good health. I suggest you take a look at home remedies for that."
"Home remedies? Nah man... with these moves, I don't need any kind of 'home remedies'."
Noah began to familiarize himself with some of the special decorations in the house. For example, behind the oven in the kitchen, there was a Series 4 De-Atomizer. There was a button at the bedside, which would reveal a hidden compartment for a Series 2 De-Atomizer.
The apartment was also specially renovated. The whole apartment could be securely locked down to withstand bombardment by any kind of weapons by pressing the emergency button.
There was a computer that could also monitor the entrance and exit of the apartment corridors and staircases, to prevent Noah from running into others when entering or leaving the apartment.
He found out why other agents didn't want to live outside. It was too much trouble, they couldn't hire anyone to clean their houses. It was better for them to live in the dorms.
The MIB needed to keep themselves a secret, in order to keep everything else a secret. They insisted on it because this was the only way to keep the rest of civilization happy.
"Seriously, you're missing some appliances in this apartment, like a ... sound system. Chicks dig that. Put on some Barry Manilow, and watch those panties fly off." J gave some suggestions.
If Noah had an awesome sound system, he could come over to have some fun from time to time. He had a feeling that the dormitory wasn't well insulated. For several times now, when he came out of his room in the mornings, the person from the adjacent dormitory looked at him strangely.
Noah ignored J's suggestion. When they went back to work, he sat in front of the computer, bored. Zed said that frequently going out on patrol could increase their risks of exposure. So, he had to wait for assignments in the bullpen, just like every other agent.
At night, Noah didn't go back to his new apartment but went back to his dorm room. Noah thought that having Weaver as his girlfriend, he wouldn't have to sleep alone. However, when Weaver was busy with research, she would often forget to sleep. Seems like he found himself a workaholic girlfriend.
Lying in bed, Noah scrolled through the character profile.

[Task: Become a top Agent for the MIB.]
These attributes had enabled him to rival the physical qualities of many aliens. However, Noah knew very well that there were actually a lot of aliens that grew up as warrior races, and had super physical qualities. His own qualities weren't enough to challenge them.
After helping J become an official MIB agent, he was only rewarded with Charm +1. He didn't know how much charm he had right now, but when he looked in the mirror, he did feel like he looked better.
Bang, bang, bang, bang!
When Noah was bored, he would often go to the shooting range. He wasn't training his shooting skills. With his LV5 proficiency, he didn't need to.
He simply regarded it as a game, and the bullets didn't cost him any money anyway.
After practicing some shooting, he went to the gym and did a bit of exercise. Fortunately, there was some special equipment in the MIB's gym. What surprised him was that his strength had increased by 0.1 after a long period of exercise.
The aliens on Earth were becoming more and more disciplined. The news that Noah single handedly killed a Bug had already spread. Some aliens had already given him the nickname 'Tyrant'.
It was said that Agent N had beaten the Bug, and he had ripped off the Bug's legs with his bare hands. Others said that Noah had punched through the Bug's body with one punch, while others said that Noah had pressed the Bug to the ground, and it couldn't even struggle.
No one knew how many versions of the story were out there. His strength was actually inferior to that of the Bug, as was his speed, but his body was more agile.
Relying on his superior fighting ability and grasping weaknesses, he won the final victory. If it weren't for the 'Galaxy' he was carrying and the Bug wasn't holding back in the starting, he would have lost. And, if the Bug could run with all its legs intact, Noah wouldn't be able to catch up.
Various reasons hindered the Bug, but somehow word spread that he took care of the Bug easily.
In the Manhattan area, all the normal aliens were now scared of the MIB, even if they couldn't control themselves sometimes.
As soon as they heard that the MIB was coming, they would either start running away or surrender immediately, without resisting at all.
Noah and J went out to the field several times. When the other party heard that it was agent N, they would immediately raise their hands in surrender.
This also led to Noah's failure in getting treasure chests for over a month. His attribute points hadn't grown for a long while. Fortunately, while exercising at the gym, he discovered that he could also add to his attribute points this way, giving him something to do every day.
However, Noah's crazy workout routine at the gym discouraged others from coming. He lifted a 50KG by himself, and also three sets of 150KG bench presses. A set of 20KG squat lifting, and four sets of 100KG squat lifting...
With damage to their pride, the other agents didn't want to come to the gym! No one could see explosive muscles on Noah's body that have the power to crush an alien.
They wondered where he hid all of that power. Noah could actually lift a 200KG weight, and complete a set faster than any other agent.
The organization had actually sent someone to draw some blood from Noah, thinking that he might have mutated or something. He might have some alien genes in him, that weren't detected the first time.
Weaver herself came to draw blood from Noah, and Noah also wanted to know if his genes had changed. The test results show that Noah's gene had indeed mutated, and his cellular activity had far exceeded that of ordinary people.
However, when some people tried to experiment with Noah's genes, they found that those genes couldn't fuse at all, and all the experiments had failed.
Although the experiment was confidential, word had already spread within the MIB. Some of the agents started calling him Superman.
In this way, Noah became a special existence within the organization.
Today, Noah was busy working out in the gym again, when someone came over to tell him that Zed was looking for him.
"N, Jeff has been acting out again in the subway lines. Take J, and ... give him a little reminder."
