Wren stretched in the middle of the bed like some kind of predatory cat, looking anything but subdued. His long legs splayed open slightly when he rolled to his back. The tension in his thighs and the sinuous movement of his abdominal muscles indicated this particular act of submission was complete illusion. 

After all of Rowan's teasing, Wren's cock was so hard it pointed straight toward the ceiling, twitching above his hips in a way that was part-invitation, part promise.

Instead of reclining fully on the pillows, Wren stayed half-propped on his elbows, waiting to see what Rowan did next.
