Qiao Mei massaged her ears. It was really unlucky to encounter such a thing so early in the morning. However, the Huang family was really ruthless enough to "bring along" Old Master Huang. She did not know if they were really filial or just pretending.

Xu Kang brought out a chair from the house and set it down behind Qiao Mei. She whispered, "This is going to be a tough battle. You should sit down."

"It's still Sister Xu who knows me best~" Qiao Mei said as she sat down happily.

Her action made Huang Zhong very agitated. He pointed at Qiao Mei and scolded angrily, "How can anyone sit down in front of the dead! You're too disrespectful to my father! When my father was still alive, our two families were old friends! How can you look down on our family!"

"Is that so? I've never heard my grandfather mention this before though. Then why don't you go and look for my grandfather instead of coming to my house to behave so atrociously?" Qiao Mei asked curiously.
