Without any hesitation, Xia Zhe decided to buy the wheelchair. This was the first time he had spent so much money! He would usually scrimp and save.

"I'm feeling happy!" Xia Zhe said excitedly.

He pushed the wheelchair carefully, scared that he would hit stones or rocks on the way or that the road was too bumpy. He wanted to be especially careful. Just now, Xia Fang had reminded him that they must take great care during the first three months of pregnancy and could not afford to be careless.

"If you continue to be so slow, we won't be able to reach home before dark. We will only reach home tomorrow morning," Qiao Mei said disdainfully.
