Chapter 50: “Don’t disappear ever again.”

"Can I sleep with you?"

"Of course you can't."

Mila bluntly rejected Christopher's request to sleep with her, as she thought to herself,

'I am too tired to babysit a huge baby.'

Cristopher had grown so much compared to the last time they saw each other. He used to be at Mila's waist, but now he is almost close to Mila's neck.

"Ah. I am sorry for asking."

Christopher said gloomily, but still he is not leaving Mila's front door, the same with Robert, who is also standing nearby.

The three of them ended up using their legs to travel the vast forest of Masaoay. They managed to run for kilometers to reach a small village and rented a room. They had already eaten together and should have retired to their respective rooms, but the two were still bothering Mila.

"I wanted to rest. Will you two leave?"

Christopher's puppy eyes and pleading were ineffective as Mila swiftly offended the two with her cold expression.
