"This growing interest… is not anywhere near love. It's simply a desire to make a point. Don't use me to make a point, Young Master Quinn. Cut both of us some slack."

"Is this desire even more important than your relationship with your brother?"

Cosette's words kept replaying in Asher's head throughout the day. The two of them barely had any exchange after that, letting Ezekiel carry their conversation all alone.
