Chapter 161: Bullets and bodies

"I'm breaking the windshield." Ray said as he leaned back on his seat and lifted his legs.

With as much force as he could muster up, Ray kicked outward, his foot smashing into the glass. The first kick did barely any damage to it. He realized that the steering wheel was restricting his manoeuvrability. He then tilted his seat backward so his legs would get more room to move.

"What are you doing?" asked Meghan whose gaze was shifting between him and the Deathless beside her window.

"Easier to kick the glass this way." He replied and landed a solid blow to the top corner of the windshield. The glass cracked, sending thin lines all around the dent, making it look like a spider web. Beside him he saw that Meghan was doing the same on her end as well.
