When the sun rose from the horizon, Tianhui Emperor had just finished calming the Empress Dowager Qi and had rested for the night.

When he returned to his quarters, Ma Lian reported to him that there were over 10 officials outside of Chaoyangmen seeking an audience. Furthermore, their homes had all been blown up, causing serious damage to the courtyard, all of them came to report.

Tianhui Emperor pinched the mountain roots and instructed Ma Lian to bring the person to the imperial study. He then turned around and changed bedchamber's clothes.
