Lucas Carter nodded, "Bring her in."

Lucas wasn't at the company, but in a five-star hotel suite under his name.

Linda Davis walked in somewhat restrained, wearing casual clothes, her face not as delicate as when in front of the camera, showing a hint of fear. When she saw Lucas, her eyes flashed with surprise.

"It's you?"

"Who else do you think Miss Davis could have saved you from Henry Russell?" Lucas said coldly.

"Henry Russell?" She shook slightly, "You mean the one trying to force me to drink glass water was Henry Russell?"

"Not Henry Russell, but someone ordered by him." Lucas clarified.

The expression on Linda's face seemed hard to accept, "How can it be? I used to be with him, even though he was cold, he wouldn't... it can't be him."

She shook her head and said, her face pale.

"What's impossible! Who else could know about your secret residence."
