Vanessa Foster's phone was nearly exploding with calls all afternoon, all about the news regarding Charlotte Cooper and Lucas Carter.

Although Lucas was not part of the entertainment industry, he still came from a scholarly family and possessed an outstanding appearance and gentle temperament that drew people's attention.

After politely hanging up for the last time, Vanessa's face darkened, and she was on the verge of committing murder.

Unfortunately, she couldn't afford to offend these magazines, so she could only politely answer each call, saying that the news was all just scandalous rumors.

"Sister Vanessa, there's a company meeting, and the manager insists that Sister Genna must be present," Ella relayed the message from the manager's secretary.

As soon as she spoke, Vanessa couldn't suppress her anger any longer, "What more does he want with Charlotte at this point? Does he think it's not chaotic enough?"
