Once Primis's words fell, the Cycle of Reincarnation expanded even more and started merging with all the worlds.
This Saṃsāra was imposed on every being, no one was exempted from it. Some tried to resist but it was of no avail. Everyone must follow the rules of Saṃsāra and can't escape from it.
While this was going on, Primis who was in the center of the world started receiving the baptism of all the worlds. Before long, he was covered in a dense bluish Zenith aura with golden shards.
Shockingly, he had become the "Planar Lord" of all the worlds as all the Wills of the Worlds had accepted him.
On top of that, this Saṃsāra had also become Primis permanent power. This meant even if we went to the worlds outside of the ones in this "Planar Lord", he could still use this power of his in those worlds. There won't be any obstructions.

The newly created Cycle of Reincarnation fully merged with the worlds and disappeared from the sky.

Where Eternal meant God; Netherworld meant Lord of Hell; and Emperor meant Ruler of Mortals.
Hence, the combination of all three words.

When he said so, the zenith aura came out of him and engulfed the Knights.
Soon they were no longer just a mere soul but had gained their physical bodies. Indicating that they had been resurrected completely.
Nodding his head, he turned and looked at Barbara who flinched at his gaze and also went down on her knees.
Barbara: I---
Primis: Bring the other survivors.
He interrupted her and spoke.
Barbara: Huh?
Primis: The Thing I declared before only applied to those who died in this War. The other survivors haven't done so yet and are still alive, so, it won't apply to them. Hence, it will be better to take them to another place where their safety is guaranteed.
Barbara: G-G-Guaranteed?
Primis: Guaranteed.
Barbara: I-I will go and bring them right away.
With that, she hurriedly got up and ran away to bring the others. All this time, they had been struggling to survive and didn't know where to go. But now, under Primis protection, they no longer needed to worry about that.
That's why right now Barbara looked more enthusiastic and happier as she made her way out of the City.

She didn't have to complete her sentence as there was a spark of electro by her side. In the next second, she saw Ei who had reached Primis' other side, and hurriedly put his arm over her shoulder to support him.
Her face was full of worry and anxiousness. She had never seen such an appearance of Primis before. He was breathing heavily, his body was burning, and beads of sweat covered his forehead.
The Sword Princess looked at Ei but didn't try to stop her.
Ais: Let's take Lord back to his chamber. Right now, he needs rest.
Ei: Um.
She didn't question or ask anything and helped him back to his room. While the two women were doing so, Ais glanced back at Makoto.
The First Electro Archon as if understood what she was trying to convey, nodded and left. She must let the higher members know about it but also make sure that normal civilians won't.

Ais: There is something I want to talk with, Lord. Why don't you bring some cold water and a cloth to wipe his sweat?

Hearing this, Primis opened his eyes a little with some difficulty and looked at Ais before speaking.

In this crystallized world, Primis could be seen sleeping in the very middle of the world. However, instead of lying on the surface, he was sleeping while floating in the air.
Though he was floating, he was currently in a colorful prism which was made by his Incantations Symbols. The power that was being released from them was not only nourishing him but also protecting him.
Not only that, but around him many huge beautiful crystals could be seen.
These crystals were all glowing and energy was coming out of them. That energy was also gathering around Primis making some kind of protective dome.
In case one looks intently at the crystals, one will find that there is a person in each of those crystals.
Two of them were none other than Herrscher of the Void and Herrscher of the Thunder.
GUSH!!
GASH!!
ROAR!!
All of a sudden, an azure ocean appeared not out of nowhere in this world and engulfed the whole world in a matter of moments.
Whether it was land or sky. Everything became part of this azure ocean right away.
Yet, surprisingly, the people in the crystal didn't make any move to stop it.
Still, to not be shrouded by this azure light, all the crystals in the world started glowing in beautiful light.
Fortunately, Azure Ocean didn't try to complete it and just accepted it naturally. This showed that even in this boundless azure ocean, there were cities that were still shining as brightly as stars.
At this time, countless pairs of red eyes appeared in the azure ocean. They were looking at Primis but none of them dared to move.
Suddenly, some kind of sticky liquid came out of the azure ocean and slowly made its way towards Primis.
The liquid didn't try to climb on any crystal building around, it only traveled through the streets. But from wherever it passed through, some kind of blue seaweed was left in its wake.
Before long, it reached the dome surrounding Primis. However just when it was about to touch it, a path was opened in the dome on its own, letting the liquid enter.
Finally, the liquid reached right under Primis, slowly left the ground, and floated towards him.
By the time, it was about to touch the prism made by Incantation Symbols, like before an opening was made, letting the liquid inside.
The liquid then slowly touched Primis's hand and soon started covering him completely.
Still, even after being covered by it, Primis didn't feel any uncomfortable. On the contrary, he let it do its things which was merging and becoming one with him.
Before his consciousness can go into an even deeper slumber, Primis opens his eyes and looks at the far distance.
At first, it was dark there, but then the mouth of a humongous creature opened from which a dim light was coming. However, this time, its appearance was clearer. It seemed to be some kind of serpent with a golden ring around its neck.
Primis then let his thoughts resound.
Primis: What should I call you...…. Ishar'mla or…Skadi?
Then without waiting for its answer, Primis closed his eyes and fell into deeper slumber.
When it saw this, Ishar'mla swam towards Primis and coiled around that dome.
Since it had already decided, it will protect its new Bloodkin, till death.
