Synopsis
Smoker… an unfortunate fellow who is beaten up for most of the time in the series.
And now, I am him.
*I don't own anything in regards to One Piece, and I don't plan to make any profit out of this.

Write a reviewI haven't even read it yet but I'm gonna leave a positive review before diving in. Why? Because this is literally the only Smoker based fanfic I've even heard of. In all seriousness, last month I was thinking how cool it would be if someone actually utilized his fruit, I feel like it has a lot of potential but we just haven't been able to see it. Also it looks cool, Smoker looks cool though smoking is bad for your health (IRL, remember that kids). I bet smoking is a censored word and this review won't show anyways, meh.
Very good One Piece fanfic.Smoker in canon became useless after Alabasta to the point of becoming canon fodder(almost) in the new world.Having a logia, his potential is unlimited and I think we will see that in this fanfic.Writing quality is excellent.Updating stability is good.I WANT TO READ MORE.
Honestly, idealistic fics are some of the worst that exist, mostly because they are hypocritical and suffer from a logical plot, and this is demonstrated once again here, my friend wants to save everyone but while he thinks about it there are thousands who are dying. friend, you reincarnated to be a policeman and a good boy? Please, what this fic needs is individualism, this good boy plot is for children, you don't even need to be a pirate, just be an adventurer, in the world of One Piece, everyone who sails can only be 3 things, Marine, Pirate or Merchant.
The author makes the world government look like they are the biggest idiots, they don't look like the organization that ruled the world for 800 years
there are too many 5 stars for an average fanfic it's fishy %%%%%%%%%%%©©%%%%%%%%©®°©°®°®®=\°©°©°=^=\¢π÷^×^°^$π¢¢π¢÷^=¢÷¢÷÷^÷¢π¢÷^=^°$π•÷^=¢÷^×^÷¢÷^÷™÷®×^÷®°®÷^π$√¥°™{™{^÷©÷™×™÷^×°=π¢=®×©°©=®π¢π©°¢÷°¢÷®°©°®÷¢=©=®=™
One of the worst One Piece fics, full of inconsistencies in the story as if the author had not investigated the world he is writing about I don't understand how this has such a high rating
---------------------------------------- The story is amazing so far. Pace neither too slow nor too fast, cohesive events and not badly explained or badly detailed, as well as a good characterization of the characters and a healthy interaction between them. The updates are also amazing, and the chapters are also a reasonable size, which is very satisfying. I look forward to seeing more of the worldbuilding and the relationships Smoker will build with people outside of the Marines. In short, incredible story, author! ^^ ----------------------------------------
Fried Frog's Legs recipe: Delicious fried frog legs! This simple recipe involves coating frog legs with cracker crumbs and cornmeal, then briefly frying them in oil for a tender and crispy treat. Ingredients: 24 frog legs, skin removed 1 cup all-purpose flour ½ cup cornmeal 1 (4 ounce) packet saltine crackers, crushed 1 tablespoon ground black pepper 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon minced onion 2 eggs ½ cup milk 2 cups vegetable oil for frying 1 cup peanut oil for frying Cooking Instructions: Step 1. Rinse frog legs and pat dry; set aside. Combine flour, cornmeal, saltine cracker crumbs, pepper, salt, and onion in a large resealable bag; shake well to mix. Whisk eggs and milk together in a shallow bowl. Step 2. Heat vegetable oil and peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. The oil should be about 1/2 inch deep. Step 3. Dip legs into egg mixture in batches, then press into cracker mixture until evenly coated. Place the breaded legs, unstacked, onto a plate. Repeat with remaining legs. Step 4. Lower breaded legs carefully into the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Repeat with remaining frog legs. Enjoy fellow frog eater enjoyers.
Loving this so far. The authors choice of characters and mc’s personality make the story enjoyable from the start. Chapter 10 or 11 was incredible. (Wrote this review right after chapter 10 or 11 dropped).
Its an okay story but there are too many inconsistencies and he dosent act like he knows what going on when he has the information already. The inconsistencies make it hard to read and the author couldn't even get MC's age right
Best One Piece FF I read till now. There are close to no grammatical mistakes. I like the MC's personality and his relationship with Garp. Looking forward to seeing his interaction with Luffy. Hope he will go with Garp to visit him and Ace at least once.
As of eighteen, this story is a hidden potential treasure. Its really as unexpected experience where at first i thought it was mtl. Pros: Mc has luffy lv willpower Development is too good Cons: Mc is weak minded Doesn't have any potential to be anything but a puppet to WG Unlike yovan everything is jyst too easy for em Author made some shit up that didn't exist in canon, like there's only sengoku and zypher as admirals! He created some random nobodies with no care, Dear Author i would be happy if you create a story where mc is actually a pieate hunter! Thats what though from title sadly! A story with being a soft hearted marine has no potential unless he becomes an akainu. Its all on you thats just a general advice of someone that has read countless works that makes it big to the very end. If you want to stick to your plot can u write another fic?? Your writing has potential why don't u create a villian mc just like doffy? Or you can follow Q footsteps creatong something better than crow of depression Yovan. Consider it
Great story. Love the character. Love the devil fruit. It’s just a pity Smoker became completely irrelevant in cannon.
One of the best One Piece fanfiction that I've read, and i read a lot, mind you. Really like that we are reading from the perspective of a marine, as this kind of fanfiction is really rare. And not only that, the authors rarely used OC in his story. Kudos author!
Truly an amazing story that doesn't disappoint I recommend this to anyone that loves a great story. The character development, the world's elements and different views and a truly fascinating and limitless world. Truly defines the potential of a loved but overlooked character he truly earns his strength throughout the story nothing's ever given, he earned and worked for every cell of strength. Trust me read this story you won't be disappointed.
The story is fresh and original as you see the world of one piece from the viewpoint of a marine.Apart from that the writing is great and the world building. In the story you get to watch how smoker gets far stronger than his original self.
I honestly prefer the story until after Impel Down arc. It felt like Smoker was making the difference that he wanted, but its hard to say that now. With most of the characters and places in the New World having been decimated by Blackbeard, with most characters and their homes being dead or destroyed, it feels like if he had done nothing the world would be fine. It doesn’t help that little was shown of what he did during the timeskip, so all I can say for certain is that the world is worse off having had him in it, which kind of makes the story and his goals feel worthless. Sure not everything is worse, but most of that is before Impel Down. I do wish I could give the story more, but honestly after the recent chapter where the Roger, Redhair, and Whitebeard pirates as well as the Mink Tribe all die for basically nothing, I can’t rate it higher.

I just finished reading this One Piece fanfic... It was amazing. The writing was top-notch and the characters were very very very very well-developed. It got me feeling like I was right there chilling with them on their adventure, experiencing all the ups and downs along the way. The world-building was also really impressive and made it easy to get lost in the story. But what really made this fanfic stand out to me was the emotional depth. There were moments that had me on the edge of my seat and others that had me almost tearing up, real. It's not often that a (one) piece of fiction can make me feel so invested in the characters, but this one definitely did. Overall, I'd say this is a 5/5 100% fr being serious rn. A great read for all my One Piece enthusiasts or just anyone looking for a well-written story :) (I have yet to get past chapter 1)
