He tapped on Koneko and said "let's go, someone is here with Rias." Koneko opened her eyes and rubbed it and nodded her head.
Millicas looked at her and said "kawai" and kissed her cheek. He then teleports from there to Rias side. As for others in the classroom, Tsukuyomi is everything he needs.
Millicas and Koneko come to Occult research club and see that Rias is sitting on her chair behind the desk and Akeno is serving her tea. Kiba is sitting on the couch with a little girl?
Everyone also looks at Millicas when he arrives in the room.
Kiba immediately stands up and stands straight. He has pure respect in his eyes, towards Millicas.
Rias and Akeno smile seeing him. Akeno poured tea in another cup. Koneko walks towards Rias and grabs some cookies from the desk.
The girl looks at Millicas and is shy. He immediately looked down and avoided Millicas eyes.
Millicas look at this with deadpan eyes. He felt speechless seeing him acting like that. Yes it's him not her.
He is Gasper Vladi, The Bishop of Rias. Rias stood up from her chair and walked towards Millicas and said "He is Gasper Vladi, a Dampir and my new Bishop."
Rias looks at Gasper and introduces Millicas "He is Millicas Gremory, my husband." Gasper stood up and bowed towards Millicas and said timidly "Hello Sir, N...Nice to meet you."
Millicas looked at him and nodded his head and said "nice to meet you too, Gasper." He looked at Rias and said "he has some powerful skills there." As he points towards his eyes.
Rias looks confused but Gasper looks at Noah shockingly. His face then turned to worry as he moved back and asked "how did you know?"
Rias and everyone look confused and also feel worried for Gasper. Millicas smiled and said "don't worry we won't harm you. We Gremory always take good care of our peerage members."
Rias also nodded and said "yes, you don't need to worry." Gasper doesn't know why but he believes Millicas when he says that. He calmed himself down.
Millicas walked towards him and said "because, I am the same as you. I can feel your Longinus when I look at you."
Gasper was shocked and looked at Millicas. Seeing that he was not joking he became excited and asked "really, you are like me."
Everyone smiled and Rias said "yes, he is telling the truth."
Gasper again, shy, when sees everyone looking at him. He ran towards the desk and hid behind it. Rias sighed and shook her head.
After much persuasion Gasper starts to tell them about himself and his Longinus.
It seems after learning about his longinus many start to hunt him to use his power for themselves and Rias saves him during one of the attacks and offers him to become her peerage.
After a lot of talking Gasper suddenly asks "what is your Longinus power?" Everyone looks at him and then looks at Millicas. Rias became serious and said "it's very dangerous to know about his Longinus. I will tell you after you become stronger."
Gasper looks at Millicas with awe and stares into his eyes. "You must be very powerful." Gasper said.
Everyone laughs hearing him. Gasper feels shy seeing everyone laughing. Kiba Replied to his questions "even if all of us attack together, we won't be able to make him serious."
Gasper has a star in his eyes when he hears Kiba. Rias and others didn't object to kibas' proclamation. They all has tasted his power when he start torturing (training) them.
Millicas showed Gasper all of his teeth with a wide smile and said "don't worry, you can become strong like me."
Everyone shivers when they see him smiling. Gasper felt chill behind his back and started to have second thoughts about him.
Millicas looked at everyone and said "I'm going back to my class." He held Koneko who quickly grabbed a few more cookies in her hand and vanished with Noah from the club.
Gasper pulls Kiba's shirt from behind and asks "why do I feel like I dug a hole for myself." Kiba smiled awkwardly and shook his head and said "coz, you really did."
Gasper ran towards the bathroom and said "I don't want to leave this place." Rias and Akeno looked at each other and sighed. Akeno said "I miss the cute Millicas."
