Chapter 6: Growth - 4
As Taiga grew, he kept going into the forest each and every day, training both his physical body and the control of his mana.
Every day, he would wake up at five, before the sun rose, and finished his chores quickly. He would then go into the forest where he would train the whole day returning right at dusk where he was greeted by his "sister" Raia, the other baby that Sister Christine had taken in that snowy day. They would then study in the orphanages library together, with Raia trying to teach him magic as she had already awakened and had past the threshold, while Taiga would teach her math and science, as he was very fluent in these subjects as he needed them in his assassination work making bombs and calculating trajectories.
The would then go to sleep at around midnight, although they sometimes awakened to find themselves leaning against each other in the library, having passed out while reading books.
Finally, at the age of 8, Taiga was finally able to awaken his mana which he was really excited about. As he slowly threaded his many out, he felt power blossoming in every corner of his body, he even got hard because of it. It was this tense, ecstatic feeling that brought waves of pleasure throughout his body. He suddenly let out a laugh like a crazy man, wait no, because he was a crazy main. This was because he had finally achieved what he coveted for so long and his life was finally going to be able to be less boring.
He slowly conjured a flame in his hand and was shocked by this. Normally, casters had to recite incantations to produce spells, but Taiga had been able to just imagine the process of creating the flames. He then realized that this was likely due to the scientific knowledge that he had from his memories on Earth.
Because of how advanced Earth's civilizations were, they knew exactly what caused a fire, or what water was made of, so being able to picture these processes in his mind, Taiga was able to cast spells without lengthy incantations. He then proceeded to attack himself with his own magic.
This was due to the fact that he was trying to level up his "Resilience" skill and after hurting his body with earth, water, fire, and air magic, he was finally able to level up the skill to level 2.
He then proceeded to start training his body in the killing martial arts that he had pioneered back on Earth. Using this form of martial arts, at his peak, he was able to cut down a forest with just one slip of his hand back on Earth, he had even been considered godly just because of this form of martial arts.
The martial arts that he had pioneered took its teachings out of sword dojos. Back on Earth, he had trained his arms and hands until they were as sharp as blades, and then he wove the top ten dojo's techniques into his arms, effectively making his arms swords.
This killing technique was extremely fierce, with most people succumbing to just one slash.
Now, in the present, he started hardening his arms again, hitting his arms repeatedly into the Ein trees of the Ancient Forest, which had a hardness that was 100 times harder than the trees on Earth.
He moved fluidly with the techniques that he had engraved into his soul, but even then, this still did not make up for the lack of durability that this body had so he was unable to even make a dent in these trees.
Two more years passed and when he and Raia turned 10 he started teaching Raia the calculus stage of math, solving integrals, and finding derivatives using the chain rule. He was really surprised at her progress as she had reached this level of math at age 10, it was unbelievable! Seeing that she was a prodigy he then realized that he had never taken a look at her stats so he decided to do this now

When Taiga saw Raia's stats, he was shocked! Not only did she possess two unique skills, she also possessed two legendary, and one mythical skill, this was insane!
He then realized that the girl he grew up with was a wolf pretending to be a sheep, just waiting to eat him up. Due to the effect of the "Path of the Saint" skill, she would unconsciously kill him if she found out the he was the up and coming Demon lord.
"Why are you staring at me brother?" asked Raia who was weirded out by the way that Taiga was staring at her with his mouth open.
Realizing that he had let his thoughts slip out into his body, he quickly dismissed it as nothing and went back to teaching Raia integrating by parts.
Because he needed time to process his thoughts, Taiga quickly ended his lesson and retired back to the boy's dorm.
If one could see this scene they would be scared to death as Taiga was radiating a killing intent that penetrated through the walls of the orphanage. He cursed the gods for making his best friend and sister the one that he loved the most in this world, the one he did not want to suffer the same fate as his sister back on Earth, into someone that was destined to be his enemy, he was shocked and he realized that he had an odd feeling in his stomachache, it was like his heart was crying.
To deal with his emotions, he ran into the forest and after a 3 miles, started training like he had never done before. He swept through the gigantic Ein trees with his bare hands, he was like the wind, his anger creating a heavenly gale meant to demolish everything.
By the time he stopped and his anger subsided, he realized that he had destroyed 1/20th of the forest which was a huge area as the area of the forest was at least 500,000 square miles wide!
He looked at his surrounding and found that he had reached the core of the forest and at this point he felt a deep killing intent that radiated from the forest itself, as the forest spirits were enraged at him for destroying so much of the forest. At this point, he saw his first monsters ever approaching him. Using "Sage's Eye" he saw that it was a pack of powerful unusual tier silver wolves...
