CEO's Lovely Wife Has Escaped

Noah marries Mia at his grandfather's request for four years. Apart from being wild in bed, Noah had always been cold. Mia takes good care of him.
This continued until Mia becomes pregnant, shattering the apparent calm.
Noah tells his grandfather in a tone of absolute indifference: I will not get her pregnant.
Mia was outside the door, disappointed.
Then, the celebrity, Jenny, dressed like a golden peacock, struts in with her head held high. "Noah said yesterday when we slept together that he would divorce you and marry me after Grandpa passes away. Did you just go for a checkup? Are you pregnant?"
Mia was desperate: "No ... just a normal check-up."
That night, Noah returns home from work to find his affair with Jenny plastered across the news.
There were two printed divorce papers on the table and Mia looks at him with teary eyes and says, "Let's get divorced."
Noah is as cold as ever: "Divorce is fine. Grandpa is in the hospital now. We will divorce when he recovers."
It turns out that Jenny was telling the truth, that Noah had married her to appease his grandfather.
When Mia leaves, Noah goes on a mad search.
When Noah finds Mia a year later, she has a child with a loving husband, and they run an art gallery together, having washed off the tattoo representing her identity as mistress of Noah's family.
Burning with jealousy, but not willing to provoke Mia into disappearing again, Noah disguises himself as a small porter at the gallery.
"What are you doing here?" Mia looks at Noah in shock and quickly shields the child, afraid that Noah has come to snatch it.
"I really didn't cheat on you. I love you. Will you come back to me?" Noah asks Mia with red eyes.
