I approached the direction where Axel was, but I passed in front of him. My aim was not to nail Axel but to the wendigos sitting staring at me.

They watched my every move, and it seemed they were waiting for a direction I would give them all.

I could hear Axel and some of the Alphas behind me whispering that they didn't agree with what I was about to do; even Axel intended to stop me from doing anything to the wendigos.

But London and Brandon, who believed in me, stopped Axel from interfering in what I was about to do.

So I can do this more quietly without being bothered by them, the Alphas.

I see the wendigos who are currently sitting looking at me; their faces look so sorry and waiting for a direction I will give.

I wonder why I know what I'm thinking is what they're thinking.
