Chapter 147: Check The Trap

"Is this enough?" Irene asked Kinan while lifting a medium-sized pig. She wiped her sweat because she was tired.

"I think that's enough," said Kinan. She picked up the pig and threw it in the quicksand. They both saw quicksand devour the pig they threw. They both waited tensely. The two stared at each other with happy faces as the quicksand began to slowly stop moving after devouring the pigs they threw.

"Let's go," said Irene accompanied by a nod of Kinan. Kinan checks the plant on her robe, she must not lose this plant.

Deus walked quickly after several people informed him that someone had fallen into a trap they set in the forest near their village when no one should be able to enter there even if it was an animal, because he and Rinda had cast a spell to prevent the beast from entering there, and there's no way anyone would want to get into quicksand on purpose.
