Chapter 26: Shinichi-Kun’s Love Assassination Arts
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Countless thundering resounded on the battlefield outside the City of Circe as Shinichi and Mammon clashed with each other. Their magic aura is increasing every second passed.
Shinichi dashes to Mammon and was in a motion to use his Fire Fist again in close range, this is the same move that make Mammon send flying earlier, Mammon already saw this move earlier so he also used his magic to counter Shinichi's move.
"Dark Ray!"
Mammon's golden eyes brighten up and a black ray of light shot out from it and supposed to counter Shinichi's move but Shinichi's lips curve upward, Shinichi is still in the motion of punching with his right hand wrapped with flames but suddenly a small explosion exploded in Shinichi's two feet like a turbo making him faster and suddenly appeared in front of Mammon, Mammon felt that a time suddenly skipped before the Dark Ray could unleash its full power Shinichi punched with all his might.
"Fire Magic: Close Range Fire Fist!"
Boom!
Half unleashed a dark ray of light exploded in front of Mammon's face with a gigantic fire fist making him send flying again kilometers away and smashed at the ground. A large crack suddenly appeared in the ground before it exploded and the aftershock spread all over the battlefield
All mages on the battlefield were all watching while holding their breaths. This kind of fighting between Mammon and Shinichi is different from the battle that they all knew. Mages used their magic elegantly but the two of them didn't care about their elegance at all, they only think about is how they can kill the opponent. What is elegance? Can you even eat that?
And the way they looked at Shinichi rise again. Their commander is fighting toe to toe with that monstrous demon and even having an upper hand, and besides that, it was their first time seeing that kind of fire magic that Shinichi is using. It was more destructive than any kind of large-scale fire magic they all knew and how Shinichi used the supposed to be a long-range magic spell. They think that in this young man there is no long-range magic or short-range magic. He will use whatever he wanted.
This kind of unpredictable fighting style of Shinichi is printed in the minds of all the mages who are watching and at the same time learning from this supposed to be younger than all of them.
Mammon shot out of the dust and fly towards Shinichi and stopped in front of him, but this time he was not angry, he only looked at Shinichi for a while before he spoke.
"I have more power than you but it looks like your fighting experience is higher than mine, even I live longer than you. Your strategy and fighting style are above mine. Those movements are also my first time seeing it.
"Who exactly are you? Are you some kind of old monster disguising himself as a kid?" Mammon asked curiously as he squinted his golden eye
"If you gave me those two golden two horns of yours, I will tell you. I can sell those golden horns for a large sum of money. you see, I was broke at the moment. So, how about it?" Shinichi asked.
Shinichi looks like a person who was about to scam someone for their expensive item. Mammon on the other hand didn't answer only looked at Shinichi.
"I will fight you now seriously, So, don't die right away," Mammon said and he unleashed all his intense sinister magic power aura as it rises again even more making Shinichi fly back a little and feel something in his heart.

The battlefield on Reina's side was also getting intense but it was a little one-sided. Reina keeps on popping out of nowhere aiming for the arch demon's vital area. The archdemon was having a hard time at this moment because if he relaxes even a little his life will be over and his body was covered in cuts.
Reina slashed again towards the back of the archdemon, the archdemon felt a chill in his neck and dodged as he bend his knees and turned to use his magic
"Shadow Claw!"
Dark magic wrapped his claw and slashed Reina's body. He smiled wickedly when he saw that his attack connected but before he could enjoy himself the body that he slashed in half became wind particles. Reina suddenly appeared on his left side as she stabs him in his head with her dagger coated with lightning magic.
The archdemon faced Reina on his left side and open his mouth and a ball of dark magic was about to shoot out.
Slash!
But before it could unleash its full power, Reina reacted faster and slashed it before it exploded inside his mouth.
Boom!
"Arrg… cough cough DAMMIT!"
The archdemon coughs out a mouthful of blood as he glared at Reina. His eyes suddenly lit up and Reina suddenly stiffened.
"I can't move," Reina said
"HAHAHAHA! Finally! I caught you. Cough Cough" The archdemon laughs out loud like a madman while coughing.
Shadow hands were grabbing Reina's two feet and hands.
"Shadow Hands, Kukuku I was letting you come at me many times while I was putting your body a small part of my dark mana little by little. So, even you became invisible my magic will activate and grab you and pinned you down. with this, you won't be able to hide anymore." The archdemon said wickedly
The archdemon started charging his dark magic in his right claw intending on killing Reina in one blow. He was smiling devilishly and confident that this attack will connect no matter what. Reina on the other hand only looked at him still without expression on her face.
"I wanted to see that expressionless face of yours to cry in agony and despair. HAHAHAHA!" Said by the archdemon and dashed toward Reina and used his dark magic
"SHADOW CLAW!!!"
Reina on the other hand covered her entire body with lightning.
"Lightning Magic: Enhanced Defense," Reina said as she followed with her wind magic
"Wind Magic: Storm!"
A gigantic wind storm suddenly appeared in front of Reina and blocked the arch demon's attack. the storm was cut into two but the destructive power of the shadow claw was reduced drastically and slashed towards Reina.
"Earth Magic: Stone Cloak!"
Reina's invisible cloak suddenly strengthened and the attack of the archdemon connected. Reina was sent flying but she wasn't cut. She only received damage from the impact and with that, the shadow hands that were pinning her down were removed.
Reina stabilizes her body by flapping her blue flame wings and blood flowed on the side of her lips. She already used all defensive magic she could use but she still receives damage. Reina wipes the blood and looked at the archdemon before she flapped her wings and shot towards him.
The archdemon was dumbfounded in disbelief. He already thought that with that attack his enemy will be dead by now but he was wrong, not only she was totally fine but she even dashed towards him and was ready to fight again.
"Damn! You monster!" The archdemon shouted
"Dark Magic: X Shadow Claw!"
The archdemon's both hands were wrapped by the shadow and formed a huge claw as he dashed towards Reina. Reina suddenly pulled out a dagger and put it in front of her for the archdemon to see. When they were close to each other, Reina suddenly let go of her dagger in front of him.
The archdemon was startled by this action of Reina and because of an unknown reason, his eyes followed the dagger without knowing that he already lost sight of Reina. And before he could react a small hand was already pierced his body wrapped with lightning. The archdemon looked down and saw Reina pierced him in his chest where the demon core was located.
"Shinichi-Kun's Love Assassination Arts: Misdirection," Reina said sweetly
