"It's done," Brandon announced, walking behind me in the empty dining hall. "They've all been invited and agreed to come."
"Good," I muttered, staring out the window at the forest. "Is everyone back yet?"
"No, but I think they'll be back tonight," I didn't turn to look at him, not wanting to see his disappointment. "You can't keep going like this, Nefra. You've got to rest before we go through with this."
