75.64% The Heiress (Louise Agatha Morgan Ye) / Chapter 59: 59

Chapter 59: 59

Then they began to plan to reverse the story.

Merideth came from a well-to-do family. Her father owned a textile company and like her, she lost her mom in a young age. Her father successfully remarried a widowed woman and gave birth to a boy shortly after their marriage.

This made Merideth, the original heir, became an outsider. Anastasia is her half-sister from a different mother. As a responsible man, her father raised Anastasia together with her.

To get her life story short, a typical rich family in Country P.

After their meeting, they decided to shop for gowns.

They were heading to the largest mall in the place when Louise's phone rang.

"Augustus..." She sweetly called out. The change in atmosphere around her earned the eye rolls from her two friends.

"Let's walk faster lest we'll be fed dog food..." Shirley grabbed Merideth and walked faster.

"I'll be coming soon. Wait for me." The man on the other line said.

"When?" She excitedly asked.

"That's a secret for now." The man teased.

"Fine then. I'll just bring another pretty boy." Louise teased back. This seemed to be effective as the man heaved in anger on the other line.

"Do that and see how I will punish whoever you bring." The man gritted his teeth in anger. Just by thinking about it made his blood boil. No. He can't think about it.

"Heh. So when are you coming? I will cook for you." Louise asked. She clearly was baiting him.

"Next week. I still have work to do." The man hanged up.

Louise smile beautifully. Her green orbs are now covered in light brown contact lenses.

This made her whole persona new.

The two women found some milktea shop and sat down. Shirley ordered while waiting for the lovestruck fool of a friend.

They sipped their milktea and Louise walked towards them. She sat down with her friends and waited for their orders.

"Hey, is that the boyfriend of yours?" Shirley nudged her.

"En. He's coming over next week. I'll introduce you guys to him." She said happily.

"Aye! Look at that face, she's like a blooming chrysanthemum..." Shirley teased.

"You're the chrysanthemum! Your whole family are chrysanthemums!!" Louise talked back angrily.

Louise heaved in anger as she was compared to a b*tthole.

Merideth looked at them happily. She will miss this two clowns when she went abroad.

While the they were bantering, the door of the milktea shop opened.

Anastasia and her gals walked towards Merideth.

She crossed her arms over her chest and looked down on Merideth with derision.

"What do you want?" Merideth coldly asked.

"Dad said you have to attend my engagement party later. Or else he will throw your mother's belongings out." Anastasia said. She was pretty but her words were not.

Merideth had been living with her maternal grandfather after her birthday celebration. She seldom goes home as she didn't feel good about living in one roof with her step mother and half-sister.

Shirley and Louise stopped their banter and looked at Anastasia's face like they want to tear  it to pieces.

This white lotus really deserves an award.

"Don't worry, I will. I still have something to talk Dad about..." Merideth nodded without much emotion in her face but the raging anger burnt her heart.

"That would be good. I have a surprise for you later... See ya!" Anastasia winked playfully at her and walked out.

Shirley and Louise narrowed their eyes and had an eye contact.

Surprise?

Let's see if she's been giving or she'll be getting one.
