Brandon didn't say anything. Well, he couldn't say anything because if he will, consequences would be dire.
The doctor didn't began his diagnosis without the man's order either. He didn't know who was this young woman but the fact that Augustus was even serving her, her identity must be great.
The two men waited on the side while Augustus finish his business.
Cough.
Louise coughed to get his attention and that made the man look at her.
He wiped his hands dry before walking back towards the bed.
"Are you okay?" His overly concerned voice made the woman speechless.
"The doctor is here." She reminded the man gently.
"Ohhh. But are you okay? Why did you cough? Is your throat itchy?" The man bombarded her series of questions.
"I am." Louise internally facepalmed.
The man took a glance at Brandon and the other doctor.
"Dr. Moore, is Louise okay to have therapy?" He asked.
"Yes. Actually, I also recommend that." Dr. Moore nooded. He passed his medical table to Brandon who was silent.
Augustus looked at Brandon who was wordlessly browing the medical results.
"Dr. Moore, what do you mean by for further observation?" Brandon questioned him as he noticed that there were inconsistencies of his written diagnosis.
Dr. Moore pushed his glasses up.
"As her psychologist, I can only determine if she's cured or not, by further observation. I wrote that because she needed to be observed. You're also a doctor, her treatment plan can't be for once. She needed to be observed. Anyway, why are you nitpicking my diagnosis, as if you didn't know it that too." His tone was a little harsh with a hint of repremanding.
This made Brandon irate.
Louise stayed silent. She listened to their conversation intently.
Dr. Moore asked her yesterday if she had experienced something traumatic. If she did, it might be the cause of her sudden fainting. Too much emotions overwhelmed her and she didn't know much about her self either.
"I know, I know. How could I not know? I just asked as I didn't know her situation that much." Brandon scratched his head because of irritation. He was not the one who took care of her during the time when she's in coma. Her medical records that he had were outdated and he couldn't just base her condition on that.
What a bad entrance!
Whatever, he will just talk to Dr. Moore later.
"Then, does she need to stay in the hospital Dr.?" Augustus asked. As they had plans for her studies.
"No need. She just need to have her legs therapied so that she can walk without problems. I can schedule her therapy with me." Dr. Moore waived his hands.
Brandon listened silently. Anyway, she has Augustus with her and judging how attentive he was to her, she would probably never fall to harm.
"Dr. Lei, I will talk to you later for the follow ups." Dr. Moore began to check Louise's condition.
It was just a simple conversation but the men were ushered outside.
Brandon and Augustus waited outside the door. Brandon found a bench not faraway and sat.
"Augustus, just sit here. Nothing will happen to her. Dr. Moore can be trusted." Brandon beckoned him.
"I know. I just want to stand here." With that being said by him, he didn't press on.
The two men stayed silent.
"Ahhhh!!!"
