Spell acquired Invisible steel barb
The forest was bathed in an ethereal glow as the Elf Queen Safra, emerged from the shadows. Her emerald eyes shimmered with ancient wisdom, and her flowing silver hair danced in the gentle breeze. Safra was a master of mana manipulation, capable of harnessing the raw energy of the world around her.
Marx in the other side of the forest got shiver. He brandished a dagger adorned with intricate engravings, its hilt pulsating with hidden power. With a flick of his wrist, the dagger shot a web-like substance that ensnared nearby trees, demonstrating Marx's unique ability.
Sensing the imminent confrontation, Safra tapped into the vast reservoirs of mana within her being. A radiant aura enveloped her, intensifying her magic. She extended her arms, and vines erupted from the ground, their thorny tendrils reaching for Marx. But Marx swiftly took flight, his raven wings propelling him beyond their grasp.
From the air, Marx surveyed the battlefield, searching for an opening. Safra, undeterred, morphed into a majestic bow, its limbs pulsating with arcane energy. She notched an arrow and drew back the string, her aim unwavering. As Marx descended, Safra released the arrow. A shimmering cascade of magical light.
"Ohhh shit" Marx panic
He twirled in mid-air, his movements fluid and graceful, avoiding the onslaught of Safra's enchanted arrow. With a snap of his fingers, he unleashed an invisible barb that darted towards Safra's transformed bow. The barb found its mark, severing the magical connection between Safra and her weapon. The bow dissipated into mist, leaving Safra momentarily defenseless.
The Elf Queen's resilience and resourcefulness knew no bounds. She channeled her mana into a dazzling shield, shimmering with protective magic. Marx, now on the ground, readied another web attack, aiming to trap Safra within its sticky strands. Yet, Safra anticipated his move. She sent a surge of mana into the ground, causing roots to burst forth, creating a tangled web of their own. The two webs collided mid-air, neutralizing each other.
Safra seized the opportunity to strike. She called upon the spirits of the forest, conjuring a spectral army of woodland creatures. Swift and nimble, they surrounded Marx, overwhelming him with their ferocity. Marx, with his raven wings, soared above the forest floor, attempting to evade the onslaught.
But Safra's mana manipulation was not limited to offense alone. She tapped into the healing energies of the earth, mending the wounds of her woodland allies. The creatures fought with renewed vigor, their attacks growing fiercer.
Marx realized he needed a change of tactics. He flew high into the sky, disappearing from sight. Safra, momentarily puzzled, focused her senses, attuned to the subtle disturbances in the air. With a burst of mana, she revealed Marx's invisible form, suspended in mid-air.
"You can't win from me!!!" Safra laugh with menace on her face
Marx, however, had one trick left. He raised his dagger towards the heavens, and the clouds responded, darkening and churning. Thunder roared, and bolts of lightning crackled across the sky. Marx absorbed the electric energy, empowering himself. With a lightning-infused strike, he hurtled towards Safra.
As Marx descended, Safra concentrated her mana into a single point. She transformed her outstretched hand into a shimmering gauntlet, crackling with energy. The clash between Marx's lightning-imbued dagger and Safra's gauntlet unleashed an explosion of power, sending shockwaves rippling through the forest.
In the aftermath, silence settled over the battlefield. Alara and Marx stood, battered but determined. Their eyes locked, each recognizing the other's strength and resilience.
