She walked the Corridors of the Keep, Her Footsteps could be Heard Throughout the Silent Corridors, Giving a Powerful Aura. She was Followed by The Kingsguard and some Praetorians, Ready to Protect Her if any Possible Threat Arrives.
She was Heading towards the Throne Room, Ready to Address the Matters at Hand. Yesterday She had Received a Letter from Arthur, Letting Her know of the Situation of the War and A few words that could make Her blush.
The Newspaper or whatever Calisto called them, Published a Speech from Her Beloved. It was about the Incident at the Narrow Sea, Which He told her in the Letter. It was a Disaster, One that could Hinder their Army's Strength Severely.
The Newspaper Published every word Arthur Said, And She was not surprised to see that the Speech was very Inspiring. She couldn't expect less from Her Beloved, His way of words is one of the Reason She Married Him anyway.
She walked into the Large Door of The Throne Room, It was a Large Door with Engravings in It, An Eagle Representing the Banner of Rome and the Name 'Godfrey' under It.
With a Snap of her Fingers, The Servants opened the Large Door, And the Eagle was Split in Half. When she walked inside the Throne Room, the Senate immediately stood up, paying their Respect to Her.
Everybody was very Formal with their Actions, Why? Because Once Inside of this Chamber, There shall be no Laughing, Improper Actions, And any other Informal Actions. There was Only Respect and Authority in this Room, For everything they Decide and Discuss is about Rome. And Rome is utmost Priority.
The Senate was First Assembled a Year after Arthur went to Valyria. It's Purpose was to Advice Arthur And Represent the People. The Senate was Different from Arthur's Personal Advisers or Personal Court.
The Senate Represent the People and their wants, They couldn't make any Decisions although they do have the Power of Voting.
Arthur's Personal Court however could make Decisions as long as Arthur Approves it, They also Control some Personal Praetorian Guards And Legionnaires.
As She walked to the Throne, She looked upon the Room. It was a Rectangular Room filled with Paintings of Arthur, Herself and many other Great figures of Rome.
The Ceilings were Filled with the Banners of Rome, Three Chandeliers and a Big one at the Middle. The Seats of the Senators were Divided in Two, with the Throne at the Forefront
She walked up the Stairs of the Throne, The Throne was Designed with Gold, The Wings of an Eagle Spreading in the Side of the Seat, A Circle behind the Throne With the Eagle of Rome engraved in it.
The Designs of the walls behind the Throne was Painted with Majesty, giving Glory to Arthur, Raganvad, Calisto, Azaire and His Personal Kingsguard.
At the Feet of the Throne was a Golden Wolf Flanking both Sides of the Throne. She stopped and Sat at the Seat of the Throne, Making Herself as Comfortable as Possible.
She then took the Golden Staff that were Resting upon the Side of the Throne and Tapped it once on the Floor. Seeing the Signal, The Senators Sat.
The Kingsguard Guarding her Stood at the side of the Throne, Spears pointed upwards and Swords Sheathed, Their Winged Helmets, Glorious Armor, and Dark Capes making them Look as Legendary Knights. Although they weren't Knights.

"Good Morning, Senators."
""Good Morning, Our Empress""
She nodded once, Acknowledging the Greeting.
"I, Ariana Godfrey, Empress of Rome, Declare the Start of This Great Meeting. We shall First Discuss about the Incident at the Narrow Sea. You may Present your Concerns."
A Senator Stood up from His Seat and Spoke.
"Your Highness. Legio II has Lost a Thousand Men and Classis Braavosis has Lost 15 Ships. Do we Send some of our Legions to them as Reinforcement? Surely, 7,000 Men alone Can't Face Armies as Large as 30,000 Men?"
Another Senator stood up from His Seat.
"Yes, Your Highness. Surely our Emperor would want Reinforcement? As all of our Legions combined could Form a 30,000 Strong Army."
"Yes. I understand your Concerns, My Lord, But we need to Keep the Image that Rome doesn't have the Army that is as Large as the Army of the Vale or the North. If we don't they will think twice about our Demands. And we can't have that. Besides, Legio II is the Elite of the Elite in our Army."
"But we could be Defeated in the Field and Lose our Emperor, We don't have the Capacity to Lose our Emperor."
"The Main objective of Arthur is to Distract the Enemies as much as Possible to make Our Allies Move freely in the North. Once Arthur can't distract them Anymore He will Regroup with Our Allies. I am also concerned our Emperor, But it is His Decision."
That Shut the both of them up, Although they are Still worried, they can't object the Emperor's Decision.
"Is there anymore Concerns about the Incident?"
Seeing as there is None, Ariana Continued.
"Good, Let us Proceed. Senator Durin."
A Middle Aged Stood up and Walked towards the Middle of the Room. Senator Durin was Head of the People, The one that Oversees the Situation of the People and their Needs. He Bowed before Starting His Report.
"My Empress. The Situation of our People are Very Good, They are Happy and They have met all their Needs, In both Exsilium and Braavos. Although, Some are Wary of the Reasons of Rome in joining the War of the Seven Kingdoms. Other than that, They are all in Good terms."
"Thank You, Senator Durin. You may go back to your Seat."
She then turned toward the Steward, A Position that Fulfills every Command the Emperor or Empress gives, He/Her which was a Man at the Moment Lists every Command the Emperor or Empress gives, then, Once the Meeting is Done, He will Fulfill the Command, Like Sending Soldiers Somewhere, Summoning People, or anything like that.
"Steward Qyn, Send word to the Newspapers and Have them Publish The Reasons why we Joined the Rebellion in the Seven Kingdoms. Although don't say the Classified Reasons. Im Sure you know what that is."
"Of course, My Empress."
He Immediately started writing on the Parchment with His Quill.
"Next, The Situation if our Food and Trade. Senator Ives."
He repeated the Actions of the Senator Before Him, Then Proceeded to His Report.
"My Empress, Our Food Supply has Dwindled a Little Bit due to the War. Although it is not of Concern yet, as it is Enough to Feed our People. Our Production is also going Smoothly, Your Highness. The Trade is Better than Ever, My Empress. Gold are Flowing Like a River."
"Thank You, Report to me if there are any Concerns about Food. Other than that, You may go back to your Seat."
"Of Course, Your Highness."
This Went on and on from Laws, Infrastructure, The Situation of The Legions, and The Navy, Lastly, However, was Diplomacy.
"Senator Ponce, Is there any Matters with our Neighbouring Kingdoms, or the Free Cities?"
"There is, My Empress."
"What is it, Senator?"
She suddenly Focused on the Senator, One thing she Learned in Ruling a Kingdom is to Focus in Everything. Especially Diplomacy.
"The Matter is about the Free Cities, Your Higness. Ever since Emperor Arthur Conquered Braavos for Good, Our Relation with the Free Cities has been.....Bad, at Best. They are wary and think that we are A Danger, Ready to Strike at the Best Opportunity, Which we all know is Quite True."
"We know that, Senator. Have they made a Move that Threatens us?"
"Yes, Your Highness."
A wave of a Not-So-Expected-Shock overcame the Room, They all Held back their Tongue and try not to Murmur with Themselves. Ariana, However, Sat back comfortably on the Throne and Released a Sigh. 'This would be Troublesome' she thought.
"Continue."
"Your Highness, Pentos, Lorath, and N-norvos."
The Man Tensed up Slightly, Although what He is going to say doesn't exactly threatens Rome. It still Raises the Alarm.
"Out With It."
"T-they have made an Alliance, Your Highness."
Silence. Absolute Silence. This Does Not Threaten Rome, But it might as well do. Some of the Senators couldn't Hold their Tongues and Murmured amongst themselves.

The Sound of the Golden Staff Echoing Throughout the Room, Silenced Everyone. They Looked at Ariana, who had Her Fists Clenched.

Just then, The Secondary Door beside the Seats of the Senators, Bursted Open. A Newcomer came, He was Followed by the Guards of the Door, Shouting at Him. The Kingsguard Immediately went into action, and turned their Spears toward the Newcomer.
"Stop!! You are Trespassing a Senatorial Meeting Lead by Empress Ariana!! State your Purpose!!"
The Newcomer immediately tensed up, Seeing the Legendary Guards of the Emperor and the Empress.
"Y-your Highness! I-im a Messenger of one of Lord Calisto's Spy! I Bring Urgent News!"
"What is it?"
"Pentos, Lorath, and N-norvos."
The Messenger Said. Trembling.
"Out with it!!"
"T-they are Planning to Attack Braavos!!"
Silence.
